im disgusted from their services. Ive bought 6 products, already waiting 10 days to inform me that SOLD more than they have in STOCK. They;'ve probably stopped more than 300 orders for different customers. You cannot trust this company. Also if you need ti contact them take a day off because minimum waiting on the phone is 2 HOURS !

Forget these idiots and buy elsewhere. They never answer the phone, completely ignore emails and take absolutely forever to deliver your order. Total rubbish

This company is a farce endless phone calls never answered emails ignored my order for dog food was £60+ and I still haven't got it, it is now in the hands of Pay Pal to try and get my money back. Do not be tempted to use them, It was my first time and will certainly be the last.

Non-existent customer service I tried to contact Time for paws via email, via PayPal and left a voicemail for them (which apparently would be returned within 2 hours.) there was no reply to any of these methods at all. This was the first time I had to try and contact the company as I needed to chase my delivery. It will be the last time I shop with them if they can’t even be bothered to reply to their customers! Disgusting!

Dog food took over a week to arrive. Took over 40 mins to speak to someone. And when I did eventually get to speak to someone I got the rudest woman ever. And would never use time for paws again.

4/9/19 - Placed order for some premium catnip @ £5.49 + £2.99 delivery. Two days later I receive a Yodel notification of dispatch. I didn't think something so small and of relatively low value would be sent by courier so I contacted Yodel to arrange a 'safe place' to leave the parcel as I would not be in to sign for it during the week. Yodel are not in receipt of the parcel?? I called Time for Paws yesterday to chase delivery as their 3-4 window had passed. The agent told me that it was unlikely my order had been sent with Yodel (for the same reasons I mentioned above) and should've gone by Royal Mail. She said she had a few customer orders that didn't appear to be dispatched and that she was making a personal trip to the warehouse to chase these up (including mine). She said she would email me within the hour. That was 24 hours ago and no one has responded to my subsequent email chasing again. It has only been a week but I've rang and emailed and neither product or explanation has been received as promised. NEVER AGAIN

1st delivery took weeks .. 2nd delivery was faster but got delivered to wrong address , same house number different street , had the people not known me I’d still be here waiting for delivery none the wiser

Rude lady on the phone...sarcastic asking me if I had checked with my neighbours for my missing package BEFORE calling her. Once this issue is resolved (which hopefully won't take long) I will not be using TFP again. Also Yodel delivery service they use is absolutely terrible...

Really unhappy with delivery time. It took 9 days to receive the products. There was no indication when placing the order how long it would take to arrive. Email sent but no response received. If I use this company in future (doubtful) I will ensure I leave a couple of weeks grace, not when I need the products relatively quickly.

Service since change from Titmuss much poorer. Can't get through on phone. Now appear to have discontinued product I've been using for years - no notification or explanation just 'no products found' on website search.

I ordered 10 packs of True Hemp dental sticks. They arrived promptly, but on opening the box I found 5 packets were already out of date. Sent email, no reply. Phoned and eventually got an answer, only to be told that we'll put a not on your account. What in earth does that mean? Paid for 10 packs, 5 only edible. Very poor customer service.

Can only speak as I find. I always order my cat food 8-10 days in advance of needing it just in case there's a delivery issue. I find Time For Paws consistently the cheapest by far with free delivery and it's normally here within 4-5 days. Leave yourself plenty of breathing time and I'm pretty sure you'll be ok, leave a couple of days and you could end up running out of food.

Having used Titmus for years I expected the same standard of service from Time For Paws. After I had placed my order, a message appeared telling me they were busy so delivery may be slow. A week later I was still waiting. Yodel profess to have delivered so I tried to call them - spent 10 minutes on hold and emailed instead. No reply to email, emailed again, no reply. 13 days after placing my order I tried to call again, another 10 minutes on hold and then I got a rude, woman with attitude. She was sarcastic, condescending and just foul - not what you expect from a customer service. No apology, I still haven't found my parcel, despite giving instructions on where to deliver it but I know where I'd like to put it if I find it. Shame I couldn't give no stars - I will not be using them again

I have used this company for years (well originally as GJW Titmuss) and it was time for my regular order which occurs about every 6 weeks. Since just before Christmas the delivery has been slower than in the past so I decided to check recent reviews and I was worried by the bad reviews on here. I decided that, as I have never really had a problem other than slower delivery than normal, I would place my regular order but pay by PayPal just in case the problems are the only just occurring. How wrong I was! I place my order at 19.06 on 1st June and the bag of dog food was delivered today (4th June) before noon - that is excellent service!

Had to get PayPal involved to get my money back from this disgraceful "seller". I paid £79 for some cat food and after 3 weeks of nil delivery I had had enough. Emails ignored, and phone calls met by a surly woman who didn't care and told a pack of lies. They generate a yodel tracking number and that is as far as it gets. This company of thieves, plain and simple. AVOID!!!

Waited 10 working days (ie 2 weeks) for delivery after having emails ignored and waiting 50 minutes on the phone to speak to a totally disinterested woman who then gave me a 'Stuarts' email address to complain to as she clearly wasn't bothered and that bounced back! Would I recommend this service - NO
