What an hilarious sentence time for paws - 'sorry you have had a bad experience..' .. so funny..... CUSTOMERS.....PLEASE USE PAYPAL DISPUTE RESOLUTION IF YOU CAN.....

I placed my order on the 23rd and it… I placed my order on the 23rd and it was delivered on the 29th. I was a little worried after reading a few reviews, as i hadn't used the company before, but i didn't need to worry. Turned up in good condition and it was what i ordered. Definitely going to order from again as price was cheaper than 2 of the main stores.

£119 spent on puppy food. No receipt, acknowledgement, order number or delivery date. No customer service. Appalling rip off.

Hi I am a wheelchair user with an assistance dog I ordered Frazers food over a week ago but despite emailing Time for paws I didnt recieved any information as when Frazers food would be delivered. I had to order it again from a different retailer at the additional cost of £7 for next day delivery. Sorry but I wont be using Time for paws again.

Ordered on behalf of my mother for her puppy. Sent me a confirmation order then 10 days later still nothing! Can't find a phone number or one that works sent a message & still no reply. I thought I had read good reviews about them & then I have discovered Trust Pilot Reviews & really regretting using them now. Now to break the news to my mother that it looks like she will never receive her order :( Would not recommend this company

No reply re my undelivered pet food I ordered pet food for my dog on 18th Nov. Received email on 19th from a shipping company GFS with tracking no. but shows this is not the Company who are shipping! It appears being passed to Yodel to deliver, but 5days later tracking info still the same...I have gone into Yodel App and states 'will be with us soon' dated 19th Nov.!!! I contacted Yodel who have advised they are still awaiting my order from Time for Paws Yodel have only received their booking details(reason why I have tracking no.) Yodel advised to contact suppliers immediately. I can't buy locally, have to by online, as dog has stomach problems and food is running out. I have sent 2 internal emails to Time for Paws ...but as NO tel.no. for this company and no reply to my internal emails ..I am stuck..disgusted!!@

We used Time for Paws on several occasions and have been really pleased but this time we still havent received our order or any response to our emails? I hope they are still trading.

Terrible service, got messed about with delivery, had to buy dog food elsewhere as a result. Goods eventually turned up too late and rejected them as a result. Trying to get Time For Paws to arrange collection of rejected goods is fraught with lie after lie after lie. DO NOT USE THIS COWBOY OUTFIT!

Terrible experience - dog food ordered 20 August, not received and still waiting for a refund 14 September. Unhelpful customer services so buyer beware.

Sent me the completely wrong food without any notification, more expensive than I have ever paid but it was out of stock at my usual suppliers, showing they had stock at this company so ordered from them. They have sent completely the wrong food no explanation or notification would never use this company again.

Terrible customer service bought Hills Science Plan Stomach & Skin Dog Food and my dog developed bile sickness and poop and smelly wind so I contacted hills directly and got a reference code then called you the woman on the phone finally answer after a 25 minute wait on hold to be told they would need a email and to contact Hills I contacted Hills and they said a reference code was all was needed for a refund or replacement and that an email was not needed but they would send one to you anyway Given the Hills Promise this should of been accepted my reference number yet I was met with nope not helping you Will never use this company again as I'll probably have a vets bill now on top for my poorly dog

Wrong item sent. Dpd did not turn up to collect. Was told i would recieve replacement next day with dpd. Has apparently been sent via yodel. Company do not actually have stock. Supposedly in today then I have to wait for delivery again. Shoddy amateur service. Would give 0 stars but not an option. Would not use again

Dismal service. Sent out wrong product and now expect me to wait in all day for a courier collection or send it back at my expense and then (at some point hopefully) be reimbursed for the postage. The item is 6kg and will cost a fortune to return. I asked why they cannot provide a prepaid option and was told point blank "we don't do that". Am now stuck with £50 of food that I don't want because they are so unbudging on their policies even when it's them who have made a mistake. A manager is supposed to call me this afternoon to discuss but I'm not holding out much hope having taken 4 days to get hold of someone initially by phone after multiple attempts and long delays being told I am 3rd in the queue which never seems to change. Avoid!

Rubbish! Placed an order of dog food. I received a dispatch note from Yodel. So was waiting patiently for a week. Nothing arrived, so I sent an email asking where my package was. The reply I got was a less than caring apology that my item was out of stock and discontinued! So do I want a completely different product or a refund? They only informed me that they have taken my money for an out of stock product because I chased them up! Still awaiting my refund. Don’t bother with this unprofessional company

Absolutely useless, they use Yodel for delivery who don't even attempt delivery. Customer service is rude and useless.

Total disgrace - place £40 order for dog food, never turned up, and they just ignore emails. Had to open a Paypal dispute to finally get any response from them and still awaiting a refund....steer well clear of this shower

Ordered dog food, 7 days later received a weights bench!!! Emailed but no reply , rang and after 30 mins on hold finally spoke to someone who clearly couldn't care less and am now still waiting for resolution. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
