“There was a discount advertised on the site however when I added the items to my cart the discount was not applied. I had to contact the help desk which was easy via the online chat function, however was inconvenient. <br/>The issue was resolved the following day when I went back on the site. Glad I noticed and didn't pay 15% more then I had to. But concerns me some people me have been caught out unaware. <br/>I do understand however glitches happen at times this I would still rate the overall experience good! With fast delivery times.”

“I won't be ordering again, I have previously ordered a backpack which broke after one term of 3 year old kindy (2 days a week), bag tags broke before use and a lunch bag was ok but the inside was quite ripped after a year, when others I have had lasted longer. Having said that, I was happy with the labels previously (see more below).”

“I found the software difficult to use on a phone and more then half of the photos came back with the heads chopped of. I didnt realise this on the phone and was unable to realign”

“As a company they are awesome but this particular product isn't very good. Maybe it was me not doing them properly but they've all just peeled off and they definitely don't wash well”
