“The service is great but the product quality of the bag and lunch bags is terrible I have bought a few back packs and lunch bags with the zip and also received some from friends and every bag the zipper has broken. <br/>I think for the price if the products you would expect better quality and heavy duty zipper. <br/>Being childrens products.”
