“First lot of labels had 2 issues; 1. peeling as the glue had not adhered to the name label. 2. Those that had adhered I couldn't unpeel from the paper as the machine had not cut them correctly (even tried to cut with scissors). Spent many emails back and forth with customer service to resolve. After the 3rd round labels are as expected however given the slowly slowly approach (well replace one sheet at a time it took close to 3 weeks to get my original quantity back). Have bought in the past (twice before) without an issue.”

“The magnets arrived with out a trouble, look great and are relatively inexpensive. But the quality could be improved, they are very thin, some ripped when trying to remove them from template and I did not realise that they would not work to hold things to the fridge (magnet not strong enough). This is meant to be feedback for the company, not to be posted publicly. Thank you.”

“I ordered magnetic photo prints and the quality was TERRIBLE. All blurry and out of proportion. I emailed and they said I could return them, which I did, and I have heard nothing since then. No follow-up, no confirmation of receiving my return, no refund. I also ordered packs of the shopping lists and dinner planner which were pretty flimsy and disappointing as well. Won't be using tinyme again as their products are disappointing and customer service leaves much to be desired.”

“I bought the lunch bag as a gift. There was a tiny red thread coming out of the blue lunch bag which I had to snipped off. A bit disappointed as this lunch bag was expensive.<br />It came in a nice box. Unfortunately the post office sticker was on it which I had to very carefully removed, that would otherwise damaged the packaging which I needed to be presentable as a gift.”

“All ok. One thing that could have been better, the photo uploading process was frustrating because when I wanted to print some in a larger size I had to go back to find and upload the images again, when it seemed logical that they would still be available to apply to a different size.”
