“Good morning I have nothing but praise for you order management & speed of delivery as experienced by me on this order. However the indifferent rating has everything to do with the very poor quality of the product you carry. I suggest you want to compare your stocked product with a Cam-Stay product & you will immediately see the difference. The prices are comparable, BTW. Hi Isaac, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are always looking for ways to improve the quality of our products and thank you for giving us feedback. We have researched Cam-Stay products, and we can't find a similar product that is comparable in price. The only similar product we can find is $22.60 each. Whereas our ratchet stay is $20.90 for a pair, making it half the price.
