“Items ordered were out of stock despite the computer saying they were in. Fortunately the VFM staff were able to substitute the HF drivers for the screw-in type to replace the screw-on ones I had ordered. Items arrived vell packed and quickly plus they work great. “Very quick responses to order email & question email. Great dealing with VFM. Headset & Lapel Mic. is great & in very handy, lightweight, carry case. Headset is a little big for me but I think I can maybe ‘re-shape’ that. TOLL Delivery service however sent several emails & several texts, (many duplicated), & failed to deliver my item on 2 occasions - one of which we were definitely home.”
