“VFM audio delivered the product on time and worthy of 5 stars. The product itself I would not rate 5 stars because it was very difficult to assemble due to the screw rod being about 5mm too short for a sturdy construction. I would recommend VFM audio highly but I would be wary of this product.”

“Still waiting for the truss to arrive. This is inspire of the 5 to 7 day guarantee! Rick said the truss was picked up on Friday 22nd. The freight company says it was picked up on Monday 25th,scanned in on Tuesday 26th and departed for Adelaide on Wednesday 27th. Very dissatisfied at this point as I required the gear for a show on the 30th! 10 days and counting. Still no delivery and had to hire truss for the weekend show! Losing money! Not happy.”

Hi Ben, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Sorry to hear you are not satisfied. We note your order has been delivered. Unfortunately, we do not guarantee delivery time frames as all freight and couriers are third party companies and we do not have any control over the service they provide. Your order was placed/paid after 12pm on Friday 22/03/19. We booked in your freight immediately after receiving confirmation and called Northline for collection. Northline does not guarantee same day collection unless booked before 12pm. Rick did make you aware of this and that we would do our best to get it booked in straight away, which we did. Unfortunately Australia is vast and adequate time does need to be given ahead of deadlines to allow for delays beyond our control. Regards, VFM

“Something went wrong in my order and I accidentally ordered three items instead of one. VFM sorted it and refunded without any issue! The biggest risk with internet sales is no risk with these guys! Very grateful.”
