“Recently ordered products from VFM. All goods arrived promptly except for one carton. Waited several days and still not delivered. Contacted VFM via email and they contacted Courier and chased them up and kept me in the loop until delivered. Thanks Grant, Western Australia”

“I am very happy with the quality of the speaker stands I received. They were assembled within 15 minutes of arriving at my home and had easy to follow directions. Parts were well made and the black glass/polished metal inserts looked beautiful. They fit my Yamaha surround sound speakers perfectly and the rubber grommets made sure they do not slide off the top. The wiring loom Velcro ties were unexpected and came in very handy to make sure everything was neat. Delivery from Qld to Vic took 3 days and Iwas informed at all times where they were by email and SMS.”
