“I am still waiting for my product , it was due on the 21st of December. I have been in contact with the sales team but they are on holidays until the 8th of January.”

“Costs of Shipping & Handling fees to Perth could be handled better before checkout. Packing should be packed better as the thin cupboard cannot handle the weight of the open frame rack within and abuse of couriers. Luckily no parts were missing. Bubble wrap or shrink wrap will be a nice touch. Otherwise a pretty good experience.”

Thanks for your feedback Tj. I have passed this onto our operations department. We use a thinner, recycled cardboard for our packaging to bring the cost of the product down.
