“TITAN camera cases, Absolute brilliant product, it has an abundance of pick N pull foam, however, one more section of that would have been ideal, but that's neither here nor there...I still highly recommend the product.”

“Great company to purchase from, efficient delivery of well priced products. I purchased similar products from VFMaudio last year (case handles) and the quality then was better than this last purchase. I presume a change of supplier as the materials used are marginally thinner and the rear edges are still slightly sharp from the metal stamping process. Even so, this purchase still represents good value for money and I would purchase similar again.”

“Still waiting for the truss to arrive. This is inspire of the 5 to 7 day guarantee! Rick said the truss was picked up on Friday 22nd. The freight company says it was picked up on Monday 25th,scanned in on Tuesday 26th and departed for Adelaide on Wednesday 27th. Very dissatisfied at this point as I required the gear for a show on the 30th! 10 days and counting. Still no delivery and had to hire truss for the weekend show! Losing money! Not happy.”

Hi Ben, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Sorry to hear you are not satisfied. We note your order has been delivered. Unfortunately, we do not guarantee delivery time frames as all freight and couriers are third party companies and we do not have any control over the service they provide. Your order was placed/paid after 12pm on Friday 22/03/19. We booked in your freight immediately after receiving confirmation and called Northline for collection. Northline does not guarantee same day collection unless booked before 12pm. Rick did make you aware of this and that we would do our best to get it booked in straight away, which we did. Unfortunately Australia is vast and adequate time does need to be given ahead of deadlines to allow for delays beyond our control. Regards, VFM
