“I just received my two bird house this morning ..they came beautiful packaged and there so pretty...I'm a cares and I bought one for her and I hung it up for ..she was so delighted..it's just the small thoughtful things in life. “I like they do a variety of products not just jewellery and at reasonable prices, i joined the tjc plus so get free delivery which is very fast and not forgetting the preseters who do a great job.”

“Absolutely diabolical customer service I bought a gold bracelet in Dec and wore it once and it broke I rang the company as it was just over 30 day policy they were rude and not willing for me to return the item to either repair or refund I and all other people I ave introduced will no longer be shopping with them .We are in a pandemic and most professional co allow some leeway when dealing with each case .”

“All purchases are excellent value and standard. The budget pay make's expensive items easier to obtain. The presenters are excellent. If you are not totally happy with your purchase or have changed your mind when it arrives, returning is easy and refunds are quick. All in all an excellent company with moral standards!”

“Sent back two Rhapsody rings for repair and still have not received confirmation that TJC have received these. After several emails and telephone conversation I am extremely angry and worried as I keep getting asked for an order number and I keep explaining that I forwarded all relevant documents to them. Not good customer service at all. Would have given no stars if it was an option.”
