I know that companies diversify and things change but I have been disappointed by the service since your IT system has been updated earlier this year. There have been many issues! This is not to undermine the customer service team who have been polite, courteous and willing to sort out the issues but they can only operate within the bounds of the facilities available to them. Also, must we have gardening amongst jewellery? TJC is becoming too general and, therefore like too many other outlets. Too many of the products are becoming cheap imports from China and India and lacking in quality. Also, the Beauty Channel is overrun with overly expensive Opatra products which, I believe are an absolute con.

Based on many years of shopping with TJC , i feel this an accurate rating due to some very good service but also some of the worse too .

Irregular pricing. Sale prices often reflect the previous selling price of the item is increased then shown a sale discount. Deliberate dishonestly. Not a good selling practice needs to be addressed.

I was very unhappy to be charged £6.95 postage costs for two small (same items). Apart from the fact that when I was paying for the items it appeared to be showing no postage, I felt that £6.95 was extortionate. Previously you have always shown that P and P is set at £3.95 per day and I assumed this was still the case. When I queried this with the customer service agent that I spoke with, she quoted the different postal costs which now apparently apply. This is not shown clearly on your tv programme and I feel that it should be. The agent I spoke to explained the postage costs to me and in fairness did refund half the postage to me because I had contacted you. I have to say that this has 'tarnished' my view of TJC and I do not feel that I will shop with yourselves again.

Have purchased things on line line auctions and then lots of times they have been cancelled and then not refunded. I However the items I have purchased that they did honour have been of good value and quality.have then had to chase customer services months after when I realised I had nor been refunded. The items they say were out of stock, but then they are selling on the main clearance section??? Not good in that respect.

I find the dual presentation of products at times very irritating, and at times a bit like watching bad acting, and the vocabulary very poor and repetitive.

The service, delivery and packaging were very good, but the quality of some of the items I received was a little below what I expected. Sadly returning most of my order, but pleased with the part I’m keeping.

I ordered a ring with a ruby stone but it was a diopsidecI received- still waiting for my replacement 2 weeks later, I hope it comes with a goodwill gesture!!!!
