“I phoned customer service because I'm not good with automated services or online shopping and he twice tried to redirect me to automated services it would be great if more understanding was shown to people like me who are a bit mistrusting of Internet and automated phone ordering i prefer to talk to someone but thanks for reasonable prices and I'll continue to a customer if it's easy to make a purchase by phone”

“When advertised on TV , it was state led that we would receive a free eye roller, this was not in my package, phoned to ask about this , told this was part of the deal, clearly advertised.I was very disappointed. Not sure if I would order from this site again . Also price advertised was not what i paid. £10. More. 😬”

“I have had a problem. With the mobile app. And I've been asking for help but nobody has been able to help me . I wanted to lilacs an order I tried entering my card details and it keeps telling me that they are wrong when I know they are not”

“Eventually after alot of phone calls i got my refund for an order which was cancelled. This took 1 MONTH to get money back to card. Staff were ok BUT ENGLISH IS VERY POOR and needs improving.”

“I feel that shopping on TJC is a bit of a lottery especially with own-brand items. Sometimes purchases can be wonderful and other times rubbish. The majority of items are good value for money.”

“I recently purchased a beauty item which the presenters and other reviews had highly praised . When I received the product I wasn't sure if it was the updated product or the previous model . After several messages to TJC trying to ascertain if it was the updated model and a fruitless 40 minutes speaking to a "personal shopper" who couldn't grasp what I was asking her about. TJCs customer service is obviously not situated in the UK so in the end I thanked her and ended the conversation. I couldn't open the product as that would mean I couldn't return it if it was not the one I had expected to receive so I returned it. Because it was a high value item I sent special delivery which cost me £11, this episode has made me very wary of buying from a shopping channel again. I am sure that not every person has the same experience as myself but as the saying goes "once bitten twice shy".”

“The jewellery I purchase is lovely great quality but the customer service isn’t great. I’ve had part of my orders cancelled with our explanation. It can take weeks before my orders are delivered”
