Overall very good shopping experience. Be better if traders didn't compete with ordinary shoppers and there were more regular, honoured percentage discounts at checkout: incentives at this final stage would get baskets emptied quicker. Thank you.

I have had a few items from the Jewellery Channel but I am almost always disappointed. It's usually earrings that I order but no matter how I look at them on screen, on a person or just a stand, the ones I get are always way smaller than I thought.

Dissapionted ordered a ring and said it would be delivered wuthin 4 working days august 21st and still waiting. Due ti staff shortage but please dont promise delivery and not be able to keep the right time limit. Your regular customers will understand and still keep ordering you gave in the past been lital to us just keep us in the picture and tell us there ma be a delay due to staff shortages and covid. I paid for my ring but upset i could have saved the £149.99 and ordered it at a later date.

I hope you will read this, not just post it, as it aims to improve your site. I have noticed that sometimes the details given in the description of an item are incorrect, and it is therefore impossible to work out what exactly you are purchasing. For example, see '0.64 Ct. Blue Spinel Earrings in 14K Gold Plated Sterling Silver' Note: 0.64Ct. Further down, the two 6x4 stones are 1.20Ct, and the two 5x3 are 0.64Ct. Total gem weight is given as 1.18Ct, so what exactly are we getting here? Similarly, the metal weight is given as 2.7, but the total weight (Metal plus stone, I would think) is 1.18. Your details are unreliable, and each time you change your website they becomes worse! If you can't change it for the better, don't change it at all! I am confused, and disappointed. Delivery service varies, and delivery times are mostly 5-7days - you don't allow this option.

Ordering is easy, delivery is good but when you have to contact customer service they can't help and promise that someone with authority will ring you and sort it out but they never do

Not impressed with customer service, they do not listen and tend to talk over you. Returned 2 pairs of shoes only refunded for one. Both in same parcel but informed only one received

I had an issue as a package hasnt arrived. I like the chat function on the computer to talk to customer services, as it is quick and convenient. The staff are nice and appear to be trying to help. However I ordered my items 10 days ago, and they still havent come.
