Not as sparkly as I would have hoped and you can’t really look at them without breaking the seal so you are a bit stuck once you have opened them. A lot of money for not much sparkle

Recently had to follow up regarding non delivery of item. Service personnel extremely helpful, delivery arrived 2 days later. Very good service

there are many bargains and that is good. but I have had dealings with the customer services and it was dreadful. I even got one email where they called me Anne instead of alan. also all this crackdown, slapdown, thunder, mega, payday, etc it is all very childish. it is an insult to the customer treating us like idiots. we are adults.

I have had to contact customer services several times recently. Whilst I appreciate that due to Covid 19 there are staff shortages etc I have to say it has been frustrating trying to find the right person to deal with. I have had email replies and even a reply on an early review I posted but I never get to converse directly with the right person. I do not like to complain or keep phoning but when staff make promises and then do not act on them what else can I do. In all TJC have over the last few years supplied me with several lovely things and bargains , for which I am grateful. I do think the customer care could be improved and if you ask for a call from a supervisor or manager then they should at least call you .I have resolved most issues with TJC but it could have been so much easier and a more pleasant experience if I had not had to call a dozen or more times to do it.

2 Bangles I ordered was disappointing because they was like tin And bent really easy, So im sending them back.

If all goes well TJC is a great place to get reasonably placed jewellery. If anything goes wrong (maybe 20% of the time in my experience) then you'll need a lot of patience and tenacity. The customer service and problem resolution is in need of a total overhaul. Tickets are marked resolved when issues are still being investigated

I recently bought William Hunt au de parfam but sadly it's not as it was, more like au de toilette. It doesn't last the way it used to.

The length of time it takes to get to the final price takes too long.Its also very off-putting and many of timesI leave the channel and don't buy because of this.

Having waited over a month for my order, I have received 1 of 3 items and refunded the others, customer service were helpful in get a result, but the problem occurred between order and warehouse, therefore the reason for 3 stars.
