Emailed about undelivered item. Customer service person did not understand. Phone call solved problem. I was never informed items were unavailable.

I ordered a jewellery item and when it hadn't arrived within a week, I rang customer services. I was told the item had been delayed and I said that it was a birthday present and the person said that it would be given high priority for delivery...it wasn't. It was actually out of stock which I found out 2 weeks after the order was received. Would I ever have been informed? I appreciate the difficult times were are all going through and the service had previously been excellent.

2 out of five items OK but not great. The descriptions of 2 of the others could have been more detailed by that I mean the size of them. The last one was damaged. Why that wasn't pick up by quality control is beyond me.

I opted for 2 pairs of cheap gold earrings for work and was disappointed to find one was already broken. Then immediately the back fell off another. Guess you only get what you pay for. Previously have bought some nice rings.

Delivery with TJC is normally fast and efficient but this order still has not shipped 5 days later. Very disappointing. No emails to say any delays. This has put me off ordering with you in the future.

Purchased a 20ins gold chain, I was surprised on how delicate it was, cameras on the TV make them look a lot more than they are.

Looked lovely on the TV, but is very flimsy and lightweight! For the price I think it was overrated should have been £30 instead of the £50. Am awaiting the £90 one to come but can see me sending them back!!

Not happy with photofast purchase. It will not stay in my iphone6s and literally pops back out again and when I can manage to keep it in it says it is not connected. So cannot use even though presentation stated for iphone5 and above. Plus postage was ridiculously high at nearly £5 which I expect to be fully refunded when I return it to you!

I have received some items recently which were not as described on TV so I have phoned customer services for a pre paid returns label because I was not going to pay to return defective items. There was no argument and the labels arrived very quickly.

No follow up call back, promise to let one get a Response but nothing call. Letting customer sir on customs Charge which far outway the Costa of shipment. Where is the help here!??

My other half bought two gamages watches in April 2021. He made it explicitly clear to the Irish operator that he was paying for them on his card and gave the details. I was then billed on my card for one of the watches, I didn't authorise this. I rang to complaint and they would have none of it in the Indian call centre. I've been a good customer in the past but I'm really worried about the security of my card. What's stopping it from happening again!

Tjc has now introduced 5 budget payment options for some items. This create problems for some as their credit card might have expired before the payment time, hence, there should be more than one budget payment for some of the items.

Products purchased absolutely fine, however with regards to discounts/extra savings these never appeared on my purchases despite given codes . Each item's discount was rejected. Supposed to have received a £20 voucher but this never materialised either.

I have just finished waiting around on their chat line they sent me back a Rachel Galley watch which l returned because it was losing time over a period of hours They sent it back to me saying the jeweller examined it and confirmed that there was no fault with it I was astonished no one bothered to ring me to ask me what l thought was wrong with it So l emailed them with more detail about it losing time they didn’t even replaced the battery They will not give me a refund as l am out of there return time So l have a watch l only wore for half a day that tells me it is 1.30pm when it is 4.10pm I am out of pocket by £60.00 I thought l could trust them wrong 😡

Although I haven't actually purchased the Christmas baubles which look very nice I was on Amazon ordering my cats food I noticed that Amazon are selling the Christmas Nordic baubles exactly the same ones by the way are selling the Christmas baubles for £12.99 plus free p & p which is a lot cheaper than tjc.
