THE ITEM ORDERED HAS STILL NOT ARRIVED, ONE WEEK AFTER ORDERING, AND THERE'S BEEN NO NOTIFICATION OF DISPATCH! AS THIS IS A TIME-CRITICAL BIRTHDAY GIFT, I'M UNIMPRESSED.

Arrived OK but when worn just a couple of times, one stone had fallen out of the setting and no wear to be seen.

Ordered ring (item no 7310643) on 10th Feb via telephone ordering service requesting it be sized up before sending. Was told this could be done and it would take up to 14 days. I was aware this would incur a further charge but assumed this would be taken from my account automatically along with payment. However after 14 days no sign of ring and no info as to what was going on. After numerous phone calls and emails I kept being told to wait another 7 - 10 days over and over again only to then find out the ring hadn't even started to be resized! Where had it been all this time?! I then received a phone call on the 4th March asking me for payment for the resizing before it could be instigated and that I would then need to wait a further 14 days for this to be done.! Really poor customer service-even though I had explained this was for someone's birthday on the 27th Feb no-one seemed to care and there has never been any sense of urgency for an unhappy customer. I shall wait until the end of this week and if the ring hasn't arrived by then I shall be demanding a much deserved refund-my patience has now run very thin. Very disappointed indeed.

I used to purchase more from you but the poor quality of the Turkizite ring I had to return to you not up to rings I purchased in the past. Some off the newer presenters I just don't like watching not as relaxing as they used to be . I would rather purchase from your channel payment wise ect but recently have purchace more from Ideal World which payment wise is not as good as your system How this is helpful Regards Georgina.

I ordered and paid for a 9 Ct Vicenza Diamond Spritz Bangle in February. My sister has one which I’ve often admired. Unfortunately it was out of stock and I received a nice e mail from you together with a refund. I was very disappointed that it was listed for sale while out of stock. Very different Couler to advertised very rough cut hole Auth card only indicated one bead is natural and the green is authentic looking I have sent an e mail asking for clarification on type A for the rest of the beads and Auth card to cover all of them 500 carrots however I have not had a reply as yet it's an ok necklace good magnetic fastener I will be sending back if I do not receive clarification on all the beads

Saw a chain put it in my basket at 199.99 with 30% off making it 139.99 when I went into buy it it had gone up £30 when I queried this was told that that item didnt have the 30% offer but I clearly sent a photo of the item with the 30% offer. You wouldn't honour it so not good customer service

Sorry have to give poor, Why Well let me say everything was great, But sorry to say they let themselves down big time. My last order was to say a pain I placed an order for 2 items and after 5 day's only just got an email to say your order has been dispatched today, Then 5 hours later another email came saying sorry but your order has been" Cancelled order due to stock shortages" Ok I can accept that but left an ok rating, Then I get a phone call from TJC saying could I review my review and as a sorry please accept a money voucher I said yes I would review my review and Thanks for the offer of the said voucher, 2 day's later still NO voucher and I get another one of these review's to do, So to say I'm unhappy is an understatement........!

This is the second time when I have messaged with a problem no one has got back to me about the problem I ordered a kingsize comfort set but when it was delivered it was only a double sheet in it I also ordered a set of sheets and pillowcases in pink which I have not received I spent a lot of money with you and like the quality of the things I buy most of the time so not being replayed to when iv had a problem is unsatisfactory Amanda Hay

Every time I have problems ordering on line . I mention before. Nothing is done. I spoke with customer section they say that they cannot offer discount if I order on line.Soon I will give up ordering from TJC.

The jewellery is beautiful but shame about packaging. The earings were posted in cardboard envelope shaped packaging and earinng posts were bent. Very disappointed its happened second time.
