Selling for India. Would anyone with sense buy from a Asian who is selling sanitiser for the public they pay 80p at the most not even alcohol or 50 ml for £5.99 plus post ebay same only 4.99 free post come on folk do not get ripped off. Your only making these guys richer you fools.

This is an appalling company which should be investigated. They lie to you, are aggressive on the phone and could not care less about the customer. When you see something that catches your attention and order the product via the phone BEWARE! If the emails they send re your order are incorrect e.g. wrong item there is nothing you can do to solve the problem. Their attitude is, it is automated, YOU pressed the buttons therefore YOU are at fault, YOU must have pressed the wrong ones. I ended up with a product I did not order in a quantity that I did not order! What makes things worse is this company is getting away with it! This is not legal and I for one am going to take this further! Wish I'd read the other reviews beforehand!!! Also wish you I could have given them a zero instead of a 1 regarding what I think of their service but that facility is NOT offered when writing this review. TJC stands for THE JEWELLERY COWBOYS!!

Didn’t send diamond earrings after I paid for them. Nearly a month, 5 calls and 3 emails later I have had no update.

Bought what they claimed was a NYC diamond ring & we had a valuation done , we were shocked when the gemologist report found diamond wasn't 1ct both but 0.80 ct it wasn't G/H but I/J in fact the diamond wasn't as described overall .The assay mark wasn't a USA but in fact a tjcuk one that significantly devalued any future insurance replacement as it will only ever be a shopping channel value replacement. I am coming into my 3rd week since i first called to raise this issue .I sent urgent email to Sue Koo whoever she is ??? as requested , but she has never responded to my email i have had no call from anyone in management keen to resolve the issue .So make your own judgement !! I wouldn't buy from them again this company needs to be investigated seriously by OFCOM & ASA .buyer beware all that glitters won't be your pot of gold .

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, wife signed up to new Tjc Plus, free unlimited next day deliveries. All lies and fraudulent misrepresentation. They still advertising free next day delivery, presenters still going on about it. Wife ordered 5 separate orders, None of them delivered within next day or even next couple of days, she rang up to complain and was told well it can take a few days for you to get it and various other stupid excuses. Tried telling her that some items are not included in next day, yet presenters selling said item say that if you pay for plus account you will get next day as long as ordered before 5pm!!! Am now contacting police as feel that their actions meet the threshold of fraud by misrepresentation. They are taking the monthly plus fee, but know they cannot/will not meet their obligations. Wife ordered ring yesterday,5th Jan, about 3pm, well before the 5pm cut off, got notification today that ring has been despatched and she will get it on 11th, by no stretch of the imagination is this next day. They also cannot say they didn't have it in stock as they have sent confirmation that item has been despatched. They are now trying to blame the couriers, Hermes, saying its them that are not meeting the deadlines. They are fraudulently taking monthly fee knowing that they will not or cannot meet the service levels you are paying for. TJC plus is one big scam. Customer service is a joke, tried multiple times to get answers and all are rude, aggressive and if they don't like the way the calls is going when you point out valid concerns they either put phone down or threaten you saying you are being rude or aggressive. Fob off saying will get manager to ring you NEVER DO!! Will also be going to ASA and OFCOM. QUALITY HAS DECLINED MASSIVELY, DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely agree with the recent comments. Have been a loyal customer with TJC for many years and spent thousands of pounds. Recently made a considerable purchase on budget pay, put onto my credit card until I could see the item. The piece of jewellery was stunning, so decided to go ahead with the purchase. Called to arrange resize and advised a paid label would be sent, 1 week later no label! Called customer service who said that i should never have been told that & i had to pay for the return myself, this was just the start of the problem! 2 weeks ago they have taken the 2nd instalment from my debit card which is a considerable amount of money without authorisation to use this card. Therefore leaving me to source the payment from a family member to cover the cost taken from my bank. Called customer services spoke to a lovely lady who said they would rectify the error made on their part & charge the correct card & refund the wrong card. Still no refund up to now. Called today and got a very rude girl who was arrogant and advised that the previous girl didn't have the authority to do the refund. Advised that she got authority from supervisor & was asked to put it in writing by email. The rude girl today said that she couldn't answer for the girl last week & nothing has been done!!! Then stated that her supervisor would need to look into it, what again!!! And have to wait for a call back, what is the problem , just refund me the money into the right account & debit the correct one!,,Am absolutely furious with this company who obviously don't value their customers no matter how much you spend with the company. Their customer service is absolutely disgusting & their attitudes are the same. I used to recommend TJC to everyone, not anymore!! Please think twice before using this company as if anything is wrong you don't stand a chance. I unfortunately shall no longer be buying anything else from them. They need to take notice of their customers as not everyone can be wrong. Unfortunately they too have also lost my custom as no longer have any confidence in them sad to say.

Over the last year I have spent several thousand pounds with TJC ordering mainly presents to be mailed during this pandemic. My last order of several hundred pounds was missing a £199.99 polki diamond necklace bought for my sister's up coming birthday. I telephoned customer services before the August bank holiday, they promised to discuss with supervisor and someone would cll me 1st Sept.......NO call but plenty of their advertising post thru the door! I left it alone for another week and then called customer services to cancel my account fully, they promised a supervisor/manager would call me within 24 hrs, it is now well past that time frame and NO call. I am absolutely disgusted by the customer services, not only have i lost my £199.99, not an insignificant sum of money especially in the current economy BUT worse, my special birthday present for my sister was ruined and this company could not have cared less. I will be contacting trading standards and small claims court for advice about this matter. I hasten to add this was not the first time a large order arrived with a piece of jewellery missing but because the value of that item was £5 or therabouts it was eventually replaced free of charge - a whole 'nother ball game with a 200 necklace they didn't want to deal with it or me.

My partner bought me a Tanzanite and Diamond ring from TJC and I loved it. Unfortunately we had a lot of problems having it altered and it being delivered to the incorrect address, then after a few months the Tanzanite fell out, luckily it happened as I took it off to wash dishes, had I left it on I would have lost the stone. After all the problems we had in the first place we decided to take it to a reputable jewler who said although the stones were good the shank was inferior and probably bought in from abroad, the ring cost almost £1000 and the work to repair it almost £300. TJC would not help with the extra work costs as we introduced a third party, but at least I have a secure ring now. We will never buy a considered purchase from them again. The customer service is diabolical.

Have spent over £22000 over the last 4 years but like others their service now is appalling. I have contacted them on several occasions with complaints and they do not even have the courtesy to respond. I will not be shopping with them again. Poor show TJC.

Have had some nice pieces from tjc but cannot stand the hard sell we get from Nitesh. I wonder how many people switch over because it is very irritating.

Beware! Thieves! They stole my money! Awful customers service! Had to call TJC nine times over the past six weeks about my missing order, each time they promised to call me back after they looked into it, but they never did. E very tome I called I was given the run around. Finally after 6 weeks TJC admitted that Royal Mail tracking confirmed I did not receive the items and that RoyalMail emailed them to confirm that they themselves did not even receive the items from TJC' dispatch. So it was TJC's fault all along, they never posted the items to me but they still won't refund me my money! They claimed I would need to sign and return a declaration stating I never recieved the items, which is stupid and harassing because they know I didn't recieve them because they never sent them! But I signed the stupid declaration anyway and posted it back to TJC but they still have not refunded me! Give Me My Money Back You Thieves! Disgusted! Do not shop with this thieving company and their horrid customer service that lie constantly and won't give you your money back! Thieves!

TJC REVIEW I’m so annoyed after paying next day delivery and ordering over £8,500 plus only from my new residence not to mention my old flat.. which is a lot more worth of products I’ve ordered with this channel their customer service is a sooo horrendous to say the least.. I’m chronically ill and a couple of their advisors have been so rude and not even let me finish asking about my enquiry for the expensive products I paid for.. what snowflake generation we live in.. that the advisors are the ones being rude the customer. Not dealing professionally with a query and cutting me off for voicing my concern of not receiving my products when they say I have. That’s stealing people’s money and not giving them their goods. Their supervisor surinder doesn’t even call back even after me chasing them on the phone for a week being promised to be called back. The other thing is the advisors taking the calls are making the customers look for the order no’s for products by streaming through every email when that is their job. They don’t want to listen to you and it feels like they’re all making judgments on you by sitting on their backsides bad mouthing customers if they get frustrated and show concern for their items not being received. Disgusting behaviour to be honest.. I’m left disheartened and astonished. They don’t even put you through to a manager and so you have no one to discuss your query. They make you feel like you’ve committed a crime for speaking. They tell you’re raising your voice or being rude just to threaten you for making them investigate the query. I really don’t deserve this kind of service a a valued and loyal customer. PLEASE DON’T BE ORDER FROM THEM

Hello i am making a complaint regarding Mark and Lucy Q. At around 5.20pm today Mark asked Lucy Q what she was doing at the weekend. Lucy then said i'm going to an illegal rave and Mark then commented if there is less than 100 people he wouldnt go.  Joking about the pandemic in this way is disgusting and i would like this investigated and action taken urgently. It is totally unaceptable. As a presenter i would expect better and as a guest Lucy should be ashamed.

In August 2020 I purchased a 9ct gold bracelet for £159.99 and by December 2020 it literally fell off my wrist. Telephoned Customer Service and was advised to return the item for repair or a refund. After receiving no update, telephoned Customer Service who advised the item was received on 6th January 2021. Having received no further updates have telephoned Customer Service 3 times to be advised a decision would be made 20th January, telephoned again today as still no decision made and still awaiting a promised call back.

SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE please do not buy from them, I purchased a pendant which advert stated came with chain, pendant arrived but no chain, I can't tell you how many emails web chats and phone calls I have made, 2 weeks later they refuse to believe advert said pendant came with chain despite my providing screenshots of advert 3 times I have been promised a manager will call to no avail. This is clearly false advertising I have emailed managing director 3 days ago and really not surprised not to have even had acknowledgement, clearly shows tjc attitude to customers. My next step is trading standards maybe the can stop such bad practice

I bought two fax rugs by phone they came to me then I bought another by phone this was sent to my daughter when I did not request this. I telephoned they said someone would contact me they did not. I telephoned I was told it would be picked up yesterday it was not she stayed in all day. I telephoned again my daughter works for the nhs and would not be in all week I said she would leave it in a secure porch I was told she had to be in but try this. I have spent hundreds of money with you over the last nine years. I unhappy how I have been treated will think twice about buying again. this nearly happened before I was told it would not happen again I am really fed up trying to sort this out we are sheilding

As per the last entry about TJC PLus and fully agree with their comments. I joined the "membership" for this and was told it would be an automatic renewal every month. This was not true as their terms say you have to renew this monthly. When I called Customer Service they said it had elapsed over Christmas. No notification of renewal date was send to me, and I had ordered other items over this period, but again was not told it had run out. I was charged £6.95 for top delivery - which is next day delivery - which of course is not possible over Christmas. I emailed TJC to complain and outline the issues I had, but fobbed off - especially as they said it would go to a higher management level for a decision. There has been no response to my question. I agree that this is misrepresentation. I will not use them again. Interestingly the Managing Director of the holding company says it is important that we get customers to have "repeat purchases".

If only you could review a zero star. This is a scam company. DO NOT PURCHASE from TJC. My grandmother had ordered a ring. It didn’t fit so she’s sent it back with proof of postage from Royal Mail. The package arrived back at the postal address EMPTY. So either a TJC member of staff or Royal Mail have opened the package and taken the ring? TJC are now harassing my grandmother to pay the full amount for the ring again as they “haven’t received it”. They call her every day demanding the payment. The package was insured via Royal Mail.

First order for a £1500 diamond ring order no 18979521 First order for a £1500 diamond ring. Had to return for a second time as not sized correctly. I also on the advice of a jeweller requested the lack of sufficient gold holding the diamonds in place and the fact that the metal also had two small ragged pieces of gold be reviewed. Love the ring but customer service never get back and I just seen to be the one in constant contact trying to get my ring back after 6 weeks. Now can’t get someone with authority to authorise my refund as only ever one manager/supervisor on at any one time. Won’t be a repeat customer and would definitely not recommend them.
