“With out been funny but I bought about 5 gamages watchers and all bar one work which as now broke and you can not understand. The people on the show the managers ect ect talk very fast and hard to understand but I have the same problem with the owner of our pub Mohammad”

“Even once I had unsubscribed from emails twice, I continued to receive emails which was a little frustrating. I hope they stop coming now - as I have just received this request for feedback. Overall, the products were of mixed quality - but it was a fun website to look at.”

“Thought I brought an item was waiting for it to be delivered called customer service to be told due to high demand I did not receive it very disappointed as I knew I was one of the first to buy the item Was not happy”

“Usually I am happy with the service from TJC as I have bought a few times before as gifts and everyone was pleased with them On this case I could not understand the young girl who was on the other end of the call and she had to request I spell out several parts of my address etc I was actually charged for a warrenty I would never have bought as I have not before. When this came to my notice yesterday the young man who was very pleasant and helpful. explained that as my purchase had been sent for dispach I could not have the warrenty removed I was offered a voucher for the value or I can send it back by return post,which I shall do. Not happy with this situation as I shall now have to find another gift elsewhere as it is too late to order another gift from your list. Thank you S Black”

“When my order came there was an item missing that they did send out when I rang up and told them about. But when I did the price I was charged was incorrect. The agent I spoke to said I was eligible for a price match but company policy is that this can’t be applied until after the 30 days so advised me to call back after the 15th of April and then the difference will be refunded on to my card. I agent assured me this would be done and said he has put this in his notes. I took his name but just hope that this is the case once the 15th of April comes. …….. we shall see and hope this is the case”

“I asked why pop up adverts showed different amounts to the web site I was told this was because of the live auction and changes to prices So it answered the question but I'm not sure I believe it”
