“Mostly the service is on schedule, sometimes packets arrive later than expected. The jewellery is fine and I have only had to send one item back as it did not suit me.”

“I ordered and paid for a multicoloured freshwater pearl necklace on the 9/12/21 and I have still not received it. I also ordered and received a 9ct 20 inch chain which broke on the first wearing. I have never had problems like this before so I am hoping that it will be sorted out and IF it is I will edit my review.”
