“I've been a customer for over 15 years I buy lovely jewellery and many other things if a piece of jewellery I bought is not right for me I know I can return It and the money will be back in to my account within a few days .”

“A good professional service but online ordering could be improved. Couldn’t get a reply in telephone, answer service said they were aware of my call and would get back to me. They never did!!🙁”
