“After having read the comments on here, I am so surprised and shocked! I have never, ever had a problem with TJC. I have ordered lots, and sent lots back to them with absolutely no problems whatsoever. I always send back via Royal Mail, 1st Class, signed for and insured. I always track to see if someone has signed for it, and I always get a confirmation email to say that the item has been received. In most cases, my items have been refunded either the same day or the next. I have several really nice pieces of jewellery from them now, and I am very pleased with the quality of them and the price! I have never had a cross word when dealing with Customer Services. The ladies and gentlemen have always been courteous and helpful. I honestly cannot understand the venom in some of the comments on here. Perhaps the customers were abusive in the first place! And although it's not an excuse, but if you rub someone up the wrong way to begin with, then sometimes it happens that the Customer Service Assistant get a little abrasive in return! They work long hours sorting out problems for people, so please try a little kindness. My last thought is that if you have had or having problems, then don't shop with them. There is another jewellery channel available, so go to them. I am a customer. I do not work for TJC and my review is totally honest. “Wow this morning i got the most prompt service i have ever received from any company.. I had a problem with some towels that i bought last week. i had not even spoken to anyone from TJC just put a complaint on here. The lady that phoned was very apologetic . She had already refunded my money, and was genuinely very sorry for the towels. I have used TJC over the years and had never had a problem before . Bought some lovely jewelry so have no more complaints. Thanks TJC .”

“Have used TJC for over 10 years. In last 3 months I have felt very let down by them. The quality of the silver items has been very poor, household items can be purchased cheaper elsewhere, but today was the worst had a call regarding the cryptic message I left on community page, the most rude person I have ever had to deal with in my life, "Hannah " name and shame, you need to go back to the charm school and get your money back, you do not have an iota of customer care in you, I returned an item, months ago that was purchased in August, they stated it was received back on 7th January??? also security tag missing??? It was a little pendant costing very little and I assure you it was returned within a days of receipt, not 5 months later. Her voice for louder trying to tell me to get onto the post office and ask them where has it been she must think I am stupid, did not listen never bothered with 2nd complaint. I was not concerned about the refund just concerned they said I had not sent it back in August. It has cured my addiction to shopping on TV Thank you”

“Absolutely fantastic. Been shopping with TJC for a few years now, had a couple of problems with orders and these have been rectified swiftly. Very impressed with the Christmas deliveries including one being sent within 24hrs to ensure it will arrive. Looking forward to my next items.”
