You charged my card 6 times. Although you refunded each charge your website said it would not charge my card which is a lie being that 6 refunds were issued. I used to love this site but checking out this time was super sketchy. Also attempted to get in contact and the number you have posted in your contact us was no longer in service which is extremely inconvenient.

Very frustrating that the return policy is only for store credit. I purchased a dress to try on for a wedding with plans to keep it and it did not fit right in any place/at all despite looking through the reviews of sizing etc. Now I am ordering things with my store credit that I don't need or want simply to make use of the money so it is not a total loss. Will not be shopping on this site again.

I won’t be shopping on tobi anymore. They only offer store credits and the sizes are big.

I wish I could have got a discount and not store credit. I had to pay 30$ international shipping to send my dress back (that looked nothing like the photo) to the US when it shipped from Canada. And now I have to use my store credit. Disappointed.

The website is not working properly and I was unable to view the pictures of the clothing I wanted. I had to navigate to Tobi on other devices, find what I wanted and then add it to my cart on this device.

This website is the worst retail website I've even been on. Why is there no menu to see categories that you can shop? You are losing money from this. Your return policy and your company are trash.

I ordered two dresses, and one of the dresses I received was incorrect. I had to return the incorrect dress and then it took a week to ship the original dress when I was in a time crunch to find a dress. Now I am trying to get credit for that dress that I had to return and it has been well over the 14 business days they need to process the return.

Was really excited about this dress but unfortunately it did not fit so I sent it back for a credit. Absolute scam, Tobi claims they won’t offer credit since it was “soiled”. The dress was literally tried on and sent back in perfect condition. Scam scam scam, please don’t waste your money on their horrible customer service.
