“I was very disappointed with the quality of the dresses that I ordered, but even more disappointed when I learned that their return policy is store credit only. Won't be ordering again, as it is much too risky to order pieces that I can't try on and can't return for a refund.”

“I ordered a beautiful maxi dress that unfortunately didn't fit. I went to return it, and the return label provided had MY address as the "receiver" and the TOBI address as the "sender" on the label. I e-mailed customer care but never received a response, so I have to keep the item and will not even receive the store credit. Will not buy from TOBI in the future due to poor customer service and response time.”
