“I was very disappointed with the quality of the dresses that I ordered, but even more disappointed when I learned that their return policy is store credit only. Won't be ordering again, as it is much too risky to order pieces that I can't try on and can't return for a refund.”

“I ordered a beautiful maxi dress that unfortunately didn't fit. I went to return it, and the return label provided had MY address as the "receiver" and the TOBI address as the "sender" on the label. I e-mailed customer care but never received a response, so I have to keep the item and will not even receive the store credit. Will not buy from TOBI in the future due to poor customer service and response time.”

Hi Ali, We apologize for the return label, our system was acting up and switching the addresses. I checked our system and see no tickets under your name. Please send a request to CS@tobi.com and we would be happy to get you another label.

“Does not look like the picture. Tried to return it but the return label has my name and address as the address so it would be sent back to me. Tried to contact the company but they only have an email and will not respond. Will have to pay to return the item.”

“Tobi's claims are incredibly misleading. Their "free 10-day returns" fail to mention that you don't get your money back ... only store credit. They hide the store credit caveat in the fine print on their returns FAQ page, which is incredibly deceptive. Now that I've used my store credit, I will never order from Tobi again.”
