“I do love all of the treats I get from the Tokyo Treat Box. My only complaint is that 2 of the boxes I have received before. 1 of the items was popped open and contents spilling on all of the other contents. I wish there would be more protection added in the box to safeguard the contents during travel.”
“The box was a fun, fast and delicious treat. Especially for the Halloween season. Fair price for what I got in the box this month, i got a 3 month subscription. So we shall see what happens next month!”
“Our first four boxes were amazing! Delivery was quicker than expected and all the treats were tasty. Our fifth box unfortunately got delivered 3 weeks after being shipped and came with melted snacks in a smashed box. DHL is a much better company and I wish Tokyo Treat had stayed with shipping via them because Treat’s return policy is frustrating to deal with. That’s the only reason why I give 4/5 stars”

“Tokyo treat was really good, unfortunately they don't have a very good system regarding refunds, I use to subscribe to them but due to covid 19 and missing 2 boxes, I decided to stop subscription as they can't do a refund or send a replacement box. They kept insisting that my box that they sent has not returned to their warehouse thus they can't do a replacement box. However it has been a year, so how long are they expecting to wait?”
