“Tokyo treat was really good, unfortunately they don't have a very good system regarding refunds, I use to subscribe to them but due to covid 19 and missing 2 boxes, I decided to stop subscription as they can't do a refund or send a replacement box. They kept insisting that my box that they sent has not returned to their warehouse thus they can't do a replacement box. However it has been a year, so how long are they expecting to wait?”
“Shipping was fast. April 2021 was my first box after subscribing and I’m happy with the variety. The kitkats are my absolute favorite! My only complaint is how some of the snacks that are in the box are almost broken down to just crumbs or already powdered.”

“Tokyo Treat has a good selection of snacks. Most of them are in small portions. The kit kats are probably the best out of the bunch. I love the Sakura-flavored stuff. They taste just like the snacks I had in Japan.”

“Shipping was really fast, every treat was packaged nicely and not expired, and the treats were fun and very lovely. My only qualm is the texting from the shipping. I often received the same texts multiple times.”
