“We all know we can get the same product from many different stores. But so few stores go above and beyond in their service. Toms allowed me to buy multiple sizes of an item and return the poorer fit with free return shipping. I even received the items express postage the day after ordering. They reply to emails within a day and are always so happy to help out. Really really appreciate it guys. You've won a customer for life.”

Recall Bob Dylan, Torana XU1, real hamburgers and milk-shakes? “My size wasn't in stock but no problems spoke to the staff and they ordered them in for me and had them in less than 2 weeks. The boots are a comfortable fit and didn't require any breaking in. So far they have been used in trap rock and basalt country on all day hikes and have performed wonderfully. I can't praise them enough, great fit, comfortable and light enough to wear all day but provide excellent support to feet and ankles. New test for them is the Victorian High Country. Big thanks to Chris and the team for all the assistance with my order and friendly service.”
