“absolutely phenomenal company with integrity, purpose, and customer driven portfolio. I worked with them numerous times over email, text and even calls which that last one is surprising if you've ever tried getting quotes from any other cartridge buyers as they give you a runaround for 20 minutes about how they only do quotes online or some other mumbo-jumbo they want everything in black-and-white VERSUS toner connect I called about seven times in one day asking questions every single time they were happily to give me factual answers and help me anyway possible. this is my first time doing this and this is how I feel selling any product to somebody should be, Above and beyond they assisted me with no issues going over my stock to make sure we are both on the same page about what I had and the pricing. I worked with James and reina, reina helped worked me through the and out of everything I needed to know and james I didn't know at the time is the CEO of the company I say I would've never known I don't mean that in a bad way I mean that usually when you talk to somebody that high up if they're not that invested in their company you get talked down to or they act like they don't have time for you James spent over an hour straight on the phone with me making sure I had all the help I needed and I truly appreciated it. like I said before if you try selling your printer ink cartridge or any sort of OEM supplies anywhere else not only are you gonna have to wait for your quote but the people you're gonna have to deal with it not even worth your time, I did try getting quotes and it took the companies anywhere from 24 to 48 hours to respond and their quotes were basically half of what toner connect offered me LITERALLY... so with all that being said that would be 100% a reason I would go with toner connect but to continue my point after all of that they only get better, made the shipping unbelievably hasslefree just printing off labels,taping them, bring them to a carrier and you're ready to go. my Adams were inspected within 24 hours after being received and although I did my best to describe the items the best I could there was a slight discrepancy which was miscommunication on my end so I did really receive a lower offer but they did help by clarifying everything that i missed. after inspection I was paid before the end of the business day directly into my bank account. The only thing easier than working with toner connect was spending the $480 i made with my wife and daughter ..also finally catching up on some long over due bills.. THANK YOU so much toner connect your entire team from the bottom up is what sets you aside from the competition!”

“I honestly have to say that I’m by impressed with their service. I had a few unused toners that I no longer needed, and I sold to this company for a very just price. The portal they use is very transparent and user friendly. You are able you to pretty much see the entire process from the moment ship it, which they provide the label, then the moment their receive it, inspect it and them boom… you get paid. I loved the experience. Not to mention, you can easily chat with them on their website. Tonerconnect - Thank you for the outstanding experience you provided me.”
