“So far so good! Their process is FAST. Easy submitting process, FAST quote turn around, and they take care of the shipping costs :) Love the alerts on each stage of the process.”
“Great Website, easy to navigate and understand what to do. When I needed to make a change the chat line was fantastic and they handled everything quickly. I have used this several times time with great satisfaction!”
“Process is exactly as listed, smooth, easy and painless. They provide the shipping label, you mail it in, emails along the way confirm every step of the process, and a check is mailed out. Simple and easy!”
“The website is super well-organized and responsive. I had a quote within an hour and the company provided shipping labels so that wasn't an out of pocket expense....other companies make you pay for shipping which reduces the payout. A check was on the way to me as soon as the items passed inspection. I would definitely use this site in the future.”
“Toner Connect is a great service to do business with I had a very good experience with them the transaction was very easy I’m pleased with the service.”
“Our office recently upgraded and consolidated our printers, fax, scanner and needed to get rid of the excess toner for machines no longer in use. This was a great service and to be able to recoup some cost was icing on the cake!”
