“Fast response time. Website was the best I found. Staff was friendly and quick to answer my questions. Toner Connect had the best rates for my toners I was trying to sell back since I had to buy a new printer. I highly reccomend Toner Connect and suggest you start with them first!”
“I recently engaged with tonerconnect and found the experience to be satisfactory. Their communication was consistently prompt and responsive; enquiries were addressed in a timely manner throughout the process.
The payment procedure was, presumably, quick and straightforward, with no complications arising. In addition, the website is user-friendly, clear in its layout, and straightforward to navigate.
Overall, the service was professional and efficient. I would consider using them again should the need arise.”
“I was looking for a way to recycle or sell my unused toner cartridges. I found Toner Connect online and began the process. From the very beginning the steps were easy and user friendly. I uploaded my pictures and received a quote within minutes. The shipping labels were ready to print right away as well. They followed through with email updates on shipping. I doubted the service at first, but they followed through and made the process great. I would use Toner Connect again.”
“When a printer dies and you have extra toner, what do you do with it? Throw it away? Hold onto it until the end of time? Maybe you’ll get a new printer? No, sell it to these guys! They get their prices they make the process easy and they are great 100% recommend”
“I'm really glad I found Toner Connect for my old unused toners. The process was super easy and communication is great. The site makes it very easy to submit a form, print a shipping label and track your order. You also get live notifications as the package moves along the process and then best of all the payment is prompt! Highly recommended!!!”
“It was my fault for not reading what the company doesn't accept but they reached out quickly to let me know they don't take any Open Box items. Good communication=good company!”
