“As a public librarian, I searched other "toner buy-back" sites and found Toner Connect to have the easiest platform for entering my information. The up-to-date and very informative website is actually what led me to go with them. They spell out exactly what they will and will not accept as well as instructions for proper packing. The proposed offer took very little time and the free shipping is just a plus!”

“I had some extra brand name toner for a printer we no longer use. Toner Connect gave me the highest offer. I was hoping for a larger offer I even posted my toners on craigslist but didn't get a larger offer from anyone. I opted not to sell on eBay or other direct-to-consumer sites due to the amount of personal information they started to ask for.”

“This is my first time using Toner Connect and it will not be my last. After looking at two other sites, Toner Connect gave me the best price. I sent the toner on Saturday (shipping paid by them) and received notice today, Tuesday, that all has been received and processed on their end-good to go! I look forward to working with Toner Connect again.”

“They made this process surprisingly easy! I was able to quickly and easily figure out how much I could be paid for each type of cartridge and when I had a question I was able to do a quick live online chat with someone there who was actually very helpful. It was easy to print out the prepaid shipping label and I got an email right away when my package was received.”

“The process is very simple to use and their website is easy to navigate for your updates. It took me just a few minutes to photograph my item on my phone and upload the pictures with the form to receive an offer. They sent me a prepaid UPS label and packing instructions and my item was on its way. I was able to track the delivery and in less than 24 hours my inspection was complete and check in the mail. I love the simplicity and convenience to be able to share the toners we no longer need with someone who can use them and get a bit of what we paid back as well...it was a win-win and we will definitely use Toner Connect again!”
