About TONI&GUY:

TONI&GUY is the ‘Official Sponsor to London Fashion Week’ and create the hair for over 60 designer catwalk shows each year working with top designers including Giles Deacon, Todd Lynn, Jean- Pierre Braganza and William Tempest. Toni Mascolo and Brother Guy co-founded the first TONI&GUY salon in 1963 in Clapham, London, joined later by their two brothers Bruno and Anthony. By the late 1990’s the company had grown from a single salon to over a hundred in over 20 countries world-wide.
Driven by their philosophy of pushing the boundaries of hairdressing and delivering creativity, quality and consistency to every client, Toni and Guy Mascolo were one of the first to begin the franchising boom, with the first franchised salon opening in Brighton in 1988.
TONI&GUY have remained at the forefront of the hairdressing industry and has pioneered the professional hairdresser, exceeding all industry standards to make expertise available on a global scale.

Bought a dryer a couple of weeks ago, faulty and not able to get in touch with anyone left email and phone message no reply!!!

Sent the wrong product. Not the same be I ordered. Then refused to send out the replacement straight away instead having to go through a labourious returns process despite the fact it was their mistake. An still awaiting a refund. Would never buy from again.

I ordered a set of shampoo and a spray from your website for 8 days and it hasn't arrived today. My money was withdrawn from my account twice. Bad service. I'm still waiting for a miracle, maybe my products will show up.

I order this product on the 27th of December. And I havenā€™t had my product delivered yet!my money was taken from my account at the same day I ordered. No information no email. Itā€™s ridiculous. Donā€™t ever buy anything!

Dear colleague I made 2 orders on the 27.12.20, the money has come out my account by 'Mascolo Group Ltd' and I have still not had an email to confirm the orders and I dont have delivery tracking details.
