About TONI&GUY:

TONI&GUY is the ‘Official Sponsor to London Fashion Week’ and create the hair for over 60 designer catwalk shows each year working with top designers including Giles Deacon, Todd Lynn, Jean- Pierre Braganza and William Tempest. Toni Mascolo and Brother Guy co-founded the first TONI&GUY salon in 1963 in Clapham, London, joined later by their two brothers Bruno and Anthony. By the late 1990’s the company had grown from a single salon to over a hundred in over 20 countries world-wide.
Driven by their philosophy of pushing the boundaries of hairdressing and delivering creativity, quality and consistency to every client, Toni and Guy Mascolo were one of the first to begin the franchising boom, with the first franchised salon opening in Brighton in 1988.
TONI&GUY have remained at the forefront of the hairdressing industry and has pioneered the professional hairdresser, exceeding all industry standards to make expertise available on a global scale.

The box arrived covered in a sticky substance, still awaiting customer Service getting back to me to let me know how they plan on rectifying this, as it’s a Christmas gift.

I still haven’t received the item, can’t get through to customer services and when I do I get promised a callback which never happens. Avoid.

Disgusting. Lid of box was buckled and full of water stains and mould. Even worse than the box, the customer service was appalling. Told me it was damaged in transit when it was clearly the way it was stored. To not check a product fit for delivery is shocking beyond words... Sent photos of damage and telling me to send it back first and then they would replace it, I dont think so - I don't want another mouldy one. No compassion. Nearly 50 pounds of my hard earned money, I should have gone to another website and paid extra but I was obviously trying to save money. Lessons learned from myself I guess.

Eight days after payment and ‘despatch’ I have yet to receive my product.

Dear Diane, Thank you for your review. We had sent you tracking regarding your order and can see this is still with Royal Mail. I can also see you have been in touch with us regarding this and we have explained that due to COVID, Royal Mail have advised it could take serval days until this can be delivered as their mailing centres are limited. Hello, I would just like to mention this may not be due to tony and guy, I love this shampoo! However after paying £6 for next day delivery it has been over a week and I still have no idea where my package is! I have been using this shampoo for months and would recommend to all! But not impressed with the service here

Really disappointed. Bought extra items to qualify for free gift, however gift not received. Emailed customer services several times, however refused the gift items because they were out of stock. Poor form Toni & Guy, I will not be ordering from you again.

My colleague did offer alternatives after you shared your disappointment with us regarding the free gift which were declined. As you can appreciate, we do state the below on our website: "N.B Free gifts will be automatically added to the basket at checkout unless otherwise stated, i.e. requires a promotional code to be entered at checkout. All free gifts are while stocks last and may be withdrawn at any time and without notice." We have tried to resolve this to the best of your satisfaction and I am sorry there is not more we can do. Was pleased with the product however the customer service needs to step up their game regarding emails and confirmation of orders.at one point I thought I had ordered off a dodgy site and would not receive my goods

Very disappointed. I purchased the ‘No pull braiding bands’. These are just small rubber bands. Very uncomfortable to get out of your hair, resulting in hair being pulled out. I would not recommend.

Sent the incorrect products and were difficult to get hold of - no answer by phone. Not helpful on email and would not even sent the correct product straight away. No returns label - I have to post myself and keep proof of postage and apparently they will refund. All in all, very poor customer service
