About TONI&GUY:

TONI&GUY is the ‘Official Sponsor to London Fashion Week’ and create the hair for over 60 designer catwalk shows each year working with top designers including Giles Deacon, Todd Lynn, Jean- Pierre Braganza and William Tempest. Toni Mascolo and Brother Guy co-founded the first TONI&GUY salon in 1963 in Clapham, London, joined later by their two brothers Bruno and Anthony. By the late 1990’s the company had grown from a single salon to over a hundred in over 20 countries world-wide.
Driven by their philosophy of pushing the boundaries of hairdressing and delivering creativity, quality and consistency to every client, Toni and Guy Mascolo were one of the first to begin the franchising boom, with the first franchised salon opening in Brighton in 1988.
TONI&GUY have remained at the forefront of the hairdressing industry and has pioneered the professional hairdresser, exceeding all industry standards to make expertise available on a global scale.

I am sorry to hear you have not received your order, I have looked into this and can see we sent you tracking details on 29th July 2020 and your order was delivered on 30th July 2020. If this is not the case, can you check if you received a calling card from Royal Mail or check with neighbours to see f they have this. Completely dissapointed.I ordered moroccanoil repair travel set and I received completely different product.And I contact with customer service and Although I send them the picture about the product description which I took from website ,they even haven't accepted which was their faulth and they do nothing.I will never order from this company.

Wrong items received. Been waiting 3 1/2 days after sending photos in. So if you really do want to improve your service, that’s your starting point T & G.

I bought this product on a deal from Toni & guy . Buying 2 products get 3rd free Never received free product . Have sent 2 email they haven’t replied . So won’t be buying any again .

Do Not Order from Toni&guy they sent me the wrong product then after several unanswered emails they tried to convince me that what they sent was the right item Useless from start to finish

Didn't recieve any of the offered free gifts with the product. Dont advertise free gifts if you're not going to send them!

My parcel wasn’t signed for just left outside and went missing, wasn’t very impressed with response from customer service £160 nothing they can do! I had to escalate it myself with dpd and now still waiting for my money back. Not good customer service at all!

Dear Karen, Thank you for your review. I can see that you have emailed in and we have been working on this for you, we also raised a dispute with the couriers, as you can appreciate, there are processes we need to follow. In terms of no signature required, at the beginning of March 2020, all couriers updated their policies to have no contact due to Covid - 19 so they take images of orders delivered which I believe we have provided to you. DPD have more information on their website. I appreciate your patience in this matter and I can assure you, this is being looked into, with most companies including couriers having limited staff, this can take longer than normal. Delivery took over a week. The website states 2 to 4 days. The website needs updating about covid delays if that is the problem. Customer service prompt in replying when chasing.
