About TONI&GUY:

TONI&GUY is the ‘Official Sponsor to London Fashion Week’ and create the hair for over 60 designer catwalk shows each year working with top designers including Giles Deacon, Todd Lynn, Jean- Pierre Braganza and William Tempest. Toni Mascolo and Brother Guy co-founded the first TONI&GUY salon in 1963 in Clapham, London, joined later by their two brothers Bruno and Anthony. By the late 1990’s the company had grown from a single salon to over a hundred in over 20 countries world-wide.
Driven by their philosophy of pushing the boundaries of hairdressing and delivering creativity, quality and consistency to every client, Toni and Guy Mascolo were one of the first to begin the franchising boom, with the first franchised salon opening in Brighton in 1988.
TONI&GUY have remained at the forefront of the hairdressing industry and has pioneered the professional hairdresser, exceeding all industry standards to make expertise available on a global scale.

I received my order to find all the bottles have leaked which has resulted in hardly any shampoo and conditioner in each bottle. Absolutely disgusted with this as the products are quite expensive. Will not order online again unless the bottles in future have a secure packaging around each shampoo/conditioner lids.

No instructions, washes out I think is it supposed to or not? Who knows but pretty expensive.

As per our website, we have stated that this product washes out with shampoo and there are is a "how to use section" on there too. The online offer sent as a flyer was a fabulous deal of but a shampoo and get the conditioner free. Having done this, and Toni & Guy quickly taking the money, I eagerly awaited the products arrival. Only the conditioner was dispatched. Now I’m locked in an email exchange to get the offer as prescribed. Rubbish. Surely the depot knows that the offer is two products and wouldn’t just send one? Come on Toni & Guy, you can do better.

I’m disappointed to be honest - received communication that if I bought one of the selected shampoo then I’d receive a free conditioner and have not. Had I known this was not the case I would simply have gone for my usual thickening one

Not universal at all. Disappointed as doesn't fit and trying to get refund is hard work.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE I HAVE EVER DEALTH WITH!! I have been shopping online including Toni&Guy e-shop for almost all my beauty & hair essentials for many years. This is the first time when a customer service team persistantly did not want to help with a problem. I was looking online for a few hair and face essentials and have noticed that with two Kerestase purchase they give a free Decleor tonic which sounded great so have made purchase. When I received the package instead of the promised free gift there was another product which I do not use at all. So I have contacted them and I was told several times that it is their policy that although they advertise a certain free gift even without any notice they can withdraw the offer and send the customer something else or NOTHING. The last email I have received was saying that they have sent me this other free item instead of the one advertised on the website. I guess they expected me to be thankful for receiving anything from them!!! If advertised you either give what is promised or make sure that it is clearly stated (and I am not talking about small print or company policies) that there is a possibilty that you may not receive what is promised!!

Really frustrated hi to order And pay for the item only to get an email the next day saying it was out of stock and offering an alternative. I didn’t want the alternative but they had taken payment - shame I had to ask for refund. Disappointing customer service

I still havent received my parcel. I ordered the ghd platinum plus on black friday. The courier said it waa delivered but my buildings concierge havent got the parcel. I am having difficulty chasing up their tie up courier because im just being passed to different people and whenever i call tony&guy the number is busy. I am not sure if i can still get my parcel or even get a refund.

places order only to be told part was obsolete after a few days without confirmation. we placed for an alternative part but did not receive confirmation made many phones calls to customer service to be told head office do not deal with this, it was the slough branch no one EVER answered the phone.
