About TONI&GUY:

TONI&GUY is the ‘Official Sponsor to London Fashion Week’ and create the hair for over 60 designer catwalk shows each year working with top designers including Giles Deacon, Todd Lynn, Jean- Pierre Braganza and William Tempest. Toni Mascolo and Brother Guy co-founded the first TONI&GUY salon in 1963 in Clapham, London, joined later by their two brothers Bruno and Anthony. By the late 1990’s the company had grown from a single salon to over a hundred in over 20 countries world-wide.
Driven by their philosophy of pushing the boundaries of hairdressing and delivering creativity, quality and consistency to every client, Toni and Guy Mascolo were one of the first to begin the franchising boom, with the first franchised salon opening in Brighton in 1988.
TONI&GUY have remained at the forefront of the hairdressing industry and has pioneered the professional hairdresser, exceeding all industry standards to make expertise available on a global scale.

I have looked into this and can see you placed your order on Boxing Day, bearing in mind the bank holidays and social distancing measures in a work place, we and all couriers are working their best to get all orders out whilst maintaining these measures. I haven’t yet received my order i placed 9 days ago. Contacted you via email twice, no answer, called no answer. Terrible service, never will I ever order from you again.

Not happy. Placed an order for a gift. Voucher for a lot of money. 6 days later you advise your despatching this. So far Boxing Day and the gift still hasn’t arrived. Why take so long to send this gift. You had this order for 6 days.

The gift cards are manually uploaded and then sent. There was also delays with couriers due to the same measures and high volumes over the festive period. Very poor service. Placed the order online. I wanted to buy my wife gift cards for Christmas. What company doesn't process orders the weekend before Christmas ie they are shut. They then hang on to ones money and asks the client for the bank authorisation code? Never ever have I been asked for that Never again sadly

When the order was placed, we had emailed you regarding some information that was needed, our website does state to allow up to 7 days for gift cards as these are manually updated. Due to social distancing measures in a work place, as you can appreciate, this hasn't been as easy so we advised up to 7 days. Once again, I can only apologise for any dissatisfaction as pre COVID, we were able to fulfil express delivery however, with couriers also maintaining social distancing, this hasn't been an option. Ordered and money taken out of bank on 18th December. Knew it would be a close call with royal mail in the state its in. Not despatched until 23.00 on 23rd December so no chance whatsoever it came on time. Might get it by new years day. 5 days to dispatch a gift voucher!!! Cannot recommend on this basis. Would have been nice to have been informed it would take this long to be dispatched and money not taken so i could arrange an alternative present. Not impressed

Our website states up to 7 days for gift cards, to arrive, this is due to social distancing in a work place as the gift cards are manually uploaded. I can see this was delivered on 29/12/20. Not happy at all. Why does the tape on the box say, professional haircare? My wife took delivery of the item so has now got an idea what she's getting for Christmas!!

i am very disappointed that I have not received the gift vouchers I bought last Sunday as a Christmas present for my daughter. I'm very surprised that it has taken so long and I still have not received confirmation that they have been dispatched. I had hoped I would have them by now so that I can send them to her for Christmas.

For some years I have purchased a voucher for my daughter in law at your Aylesbury shop. She lives in Andover and uses the voucher in your Andover shop. This year when attempting to purchase a voucher in Aylesbury I was told that it was no longer possible unless the recipient had an account with them, ( ie Aylesbury ) which she clearly does not. I telephoned your Andover shop and was told that the issuing of vouchers was changing and at that point they had no idea what effect the changes would have, and would I call back the following week. I did not, but did find that I could still order on line, neither of which your shops were aware of.

Gift vouchers took over a week to arrive, so had to pay cash for my wife’s haircut. An option to send first class or email as a pdf would be much easier

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE IT IS A SCAM . Paid for product that I have never received.... after numerous attempts to get a refund I am having to claim my money back through my bank. Disgusted with the service and would not recommend this company to anyone. TOTAL CON ARTISTS DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME
