“Glass works great, but with the new gasket it wouldn't fit in the opening (Hearthstone Clydesdale). Had to re-use the old gasket tape. Maybe cutting it 1/16 inch more in both directions. I was afraid I'd break the glass if I tried forcing it in with the new gasket tape.”

“The service and website were great. The gasket was great too, exactly what I needed. The adhesive it came with was 1) thin and runny (yes, I did make sure it was mixed); 2) clear. I would have preferred a colored adhesive so I could see it going on, and see it coming off when I need to replace the gasket next time. I will order from these folks again, but I’ll order a different adhesive.”

“Custom glass fit perfectly. I would have liked to have had the option of a gasket added to my initial order. No one suggested that I order it, and I had the impression that gaskets were shipped automatically with the glass. As it turns out, I probaby don't need the gasket, but I would have chosen to have it shipped w/ initial order, if I had been advised that it was not included. If I had ordered it afterwards, I would have had to pay $10 in shipping.”

Yes as inflation continue rising, we have to adjust. The raw glass price is 40% higher than it was just two years ago. We strive to keep our prices down but we have to adjust
