“Shipping was quick. Rope seal installed easily except the sealant they sent with it seemed too thick and had a hard time to squeeze out of the tube. It may have been old. Seems to hold the rope seal.”

“New glass arrived quickly, and was well packaged for safety. My only issue is that I also ordered gasket replacements, but they were the wrong size. I'm not sure if I just ordered the wrong product but it was not specified in the product description about the width of the gasket material. It was too wide, so I had to buy additional gasket material at a local shop.”

“I received the order promptly, in great condition, and it was very reasonably priced. The only negative thing I can say is that I ordered the replacement kit-specific to my stove and they sent me fiberglass rope far too large for my stove.”
