“The glass does not have rounded edges like my stove had so I had to sand the glass for 4 hours. Gasket and sealer kit are great and I made it fit perfectly.”

“Horrible customer service. We ordered a glass product over a week ago and were told it was guaranteed to come in two days. It still hasn’t come and the company won’t refund us or help in anyway with finding out if the product will even still come.”

I'm sorry for the confusion, but this glass was not ordered with 2-Day shipping and so it was shipped via free ground shipping. We shipped the glass in less than 24 hours and unfortunately USPS is being slow this Christmas season. We helped track the package down but you never requested a refund. Please contact us and our customer service is always happy to help.
