“Shipment came on time, glass fit perfectly no problem. One question why dose the glass turn black!!! And I can’t clean it, is their a cleaner to remove the blackened stain???)”

The glass can turn black for many reasons such as burning unseasoned wood, faulty airwash system, wood burning against the glass, not burning hot enough or poor draw. This is not because of the glass. “New glass arrived quickly, and was well packaged for safety. My only issue is that I also ordered gasket replacements, but they were the wrong size. I'm not sure if I just ordered the wrong product but it was not specified in the product description about the width of the gasket material. It was too wide, so I had to buy additional gasket material at a local shop.”

“I bought the wood stove door gasket I now have a good seal and interestingly enough there does not seem to be very much black soot building up on the door glass not much at all”
