“I reached out total mortgages when I had no hope to get the mortgage as 2 banks declined my application for mortgage, stating not enough income to service the mortgage.I was stressed to the maximum by going through this process of applying and going back and forth with lots of documents requirement and end of it all, geting declined which was frustrating, but when I applied through total mortgages,I honestly can say they made everything so smooth and stress free, and also they kept in touch with me constantly to let me know what is happening,it was effortless.Jordan and Xavier, you guys are awesome.Thank you very much for making my dream come true.you are service was faultless and top class. Thanks very much.”
