“Total safes seemed slightly more expensive than some other web based retailers, until you notice that their price includes delivery AND INSTALLATION, saving me over £100. Not only that but they were very helpful over the phone regarding advice on the installation. They provided extra-long bolts free of charge, the installers were on time, tidy and polite. Couldn't recommend them highly enough”

“Would I recommend Total Safes? Yes, over and over again! My insurance company ordered me to get a grade 2 safe for my business as my old one was broken and not secure enough for our needs. The nice lady from Totalsafes helped me choose a replacement, their friendly engineers came to install it and show me how to set the codes. Then they removed my old one. Really fast, efficient and all at NO extra charge. Thank you - I cannot fault the service or price at all.”

“Kay is the only adviser who was able to not only get me the correct information after trying several shops but she answered my questions in a way I could understand and couldn't be more friendly and helpful. I went from feeling very stressed to completely reassured in one phone call to Total Safes. Great customer service with excellent knowledge and patience. Highly recommended.”

“I'd been looking for a fire proof safe thru the usual big name online retailers, but wasn't confident of making a purchase based on the information they provided. Made a call to totalsafes.co.uk , very impressed with the knowledge & service of Kay that I spoke to, proper "high st" service like you used to be able to get. Would not hesitate to recommend.”

“Excellent service, very friendly and knowledgable about the products they sell. Delivered on time and installed by two very efficient guys. They were quick, professional and cleaned up after and showed me how to use the safe and made sure I was happy with it before leaving. Would highly recommend Total Safes. 10/10”

“Overall, I am pleased with the service I received from Total Safes. The website was easy to use and informative. I had the added advantage of living in Manchester, so was able to visit the showroom in Ancoats, where the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would certainly use again if I ever needed another safe - for now, all my valuables are very very secure, so I'm OK for now ! Thanks.”

“Good value and service! Very helpful through the ordering process. Safe delivery carried out as the agreed schedule and the engineers were polite and cleared up after fixing down. There was a problem with the lock but the service department sorted the issue within 4 hours even though it was a Saturday when I reported it. Would certainly recommend and use again.”
