“Gun cabinet arrived promptly and was as described. It was supplied with two masonry wall bolts but as there were four fixing points in the cabinet I used an extra two bolts to get a more secure fixing to the wall.”

Hi Richard, Glad you are happy with the gun cabinet and thank you for your feedback. The issue of 2 bolts has come up before and the manufacturer advised the fixing bolts are only supplied as a free extra. But we agree with you, if there are 4 holes then it makes sense for there to be 4 bolts also ('free' or not). We have provided feedback to Fortify and hopefully they will take in on board. If you want to send your receipt for the masonry bolts you had to purchase I am happy to credit this back to you. Kind regards, Kay

“When an out of stock issue was a problem my account was refunded immediately and an alternative product was suggested. I took up an alternative offer and was pleased with product and back up service provided. Credit to all concerned.”

“I am very pleased with my gun cabinet despite a few minor problems (most of which were caused by the manufacturer). Kay and Fiona were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful and worked very hard to achieve a satisfactory outcome. I would recommend Total Safes.”

“Delivery man was very helpful, wheeled the safe to where we wanted it even though it was suppose to be curb side delivery only. Only complaint was - there was no definite time slot for delivery, so we were prepared to wait in all day, but it came nice and early - so very happy....”
