“Terrible customer service.”

“TOUCHBISTRO IS A HORRIBLE SYSTEM!! Trust me. Google "TouchBistro reviews" to get real feedback. On boarding was a nightmare, the equipment is all third party so they can not customize it and the system is clunky and very non user friendly. Don't get me started on the back office "cloud" (time cards, menu updating, sale tracking) nightmare. Of course even though this was a total BAIT AND SWITCH on their part they won't let us out of our 24 month contract. They will lie to you to get your business. Therefore at the very least I need to try and warn others so they aren't suckered into this beta system that is NOT ready for public use.”

“We are owed more than $2,000 after deciding to not continue with TouchBistro. I've been trying to recover this money rightfully owed to us for more than a year, and have been completely ignored. We've had the worst customer service experience with TouchBistro, when compared to many other POS systems on the market.”

“Great system but customer service is horrible to get in touch with. 3 hrs is ridiculous when you have an issue. One transaction and it was out again. Ughhh another 3 hrs probably”

“My account has been shut numerous times. I just had another shut down as you found a debt of $200 from 6 months ago. I have been in touch with you a half dozen times by phone in the last 2 months and lots of emails as well. This is the first time I have been aware of an outstanding debt. I believe I have paid up to date and I will be checking my records. I was on the phone with on of your customer service today to send me a visa approval from. She said she would send it immediately. It has been 10 minutes now still now email. You have very bad service and it costs me lots of time to have your service. We had 2 good years with TB now it’s way more expensive and painful to have your service.”
