Easy to configure and use; regular updates; needs better/faster customer tech support.

Great POS , best in the business! Simple to use , so many useful features and the reports are great to track sales ! Only Negative would be the 24/7 support , always get through to answer phone

TouchBistro POS system is great system and it is easy to train for servers and easy reporting for back office. Reason I give Good* rating instead of Excellent is that system has random bugs that should have been addressed in the earlier upgrades. Still giving problems on certain functions for admin( I learned to get around the problematic keys) however it does slow me down on busy nights like not able to void payment when mistake is made by servers. Some iPads allow to void payments but others doesn’t. It’s inconsistency in the system causes bugs at times and apps crash. Also I prefer to reprint only the copies I need instead of all duplicate credit card and gift card receipts. Right now it doesn’t give me that option. Feeling wasteful whenever I have to reprint missing credit card slips. Also with last 2upgrades, servers can’t delete unsent items without Managers’ override. There were able to delete unsent items before but not anymore. Needing manager’s override to delete unsent items on a busy night is super frustrating for busy restaurants. Absolutely a magnificent POS system. Great use of Apple's interface, and extremely user friendly. We've been TouchBistro users since 2012, shortly after their launch, and it's the only POS system we've had, and I couldn't imagine using another POS system. While it's not 100% perfect (what is?), it's damn near pretty close. I can make changes seamlessly; Split checks; run reports any which way. It has made and helped our small family run restaurant grow, continuously, year after year, and TouchBistro is an integral part of that growth. Without TouchBistro and the efficiency it provides, we would not be in the position we are in now. Not to mention that their customer service and personal relationships we've developed with the team, throughout the years, have helped us tremendously. We couldn't be more happy, pleased, ecstatic, with the decision to go with TouchBistro. We can't wait to see the continued growth and improvements/integrations that are in store for the future! S. Response time to tech help is always quick and courteous. Ease of system for employees to master is a huge plus as is the ability of management to add menu items quickly and have them download across devices instantly. Would like to see some more functionality regarding reports and customizable graphs/data analytics. Otherwise, very happy with TouchBistro!

These system itself is excellent and amazingly user friendly, I can have a new sever with little to no experience up and running in a little under an hour! However the on-pad integrated payment options are super limited so you will eventually end up with a third party stationary payment company for credit card transactions, this sort of go defeats the purpose of mobile iPad system, at least for payment options.

TouchBistro has worked well for our small town restaurant as our first step into using a POS system. The versatility is great, the interface is simple to learn and the cloud functions are an excellent tool for back office operations and on the go management.

It has streamlined our current business practices. Communication amongst staff is up, which leads to more productivity. We are only scratching surface with what we can gain from using TB, but we are thrilled with what we use now.

It is an excellent POS system. For the most part it is easy to use. Only draw back is lack of training/having someone available to come and help with POS content.

Really easy to use. Good report system suits a small or big company. The only down side is sometimes it’s loses connection and shuts down. This happens randomly and we don’t know why. It’s not our internet connection as it only happens with our touch bistro.

Works reasonably well. A few irritations tho. Major one is that tb is not very responsive to customer requests. For example, touch bistro supports customer accounts, but despite many requests, they still does not provide a way to generate customer statements, making the feature mostly useless. No way to turn off the printing of credit card receipts. A lot of our customers don’t want them, so we end up throwing out miles of receipt paper. Tb has been asked many, many times over the years. They say they can’t turn it off, the credit card processor has to do it. Credit card processor says it’s tb that has to do it. Neither side appears to care enough to work this through. The lack of any kind of feadback in general is annoying, all requests seem to go into a black hole.
