I wouldn't even give 1* if I was given the option. False advertisement on their website saying 'guaranteed for christmas' yet when the order is tracked it says 3rd January. I would have never purchased if I knew the item couldn't be delivered for Christmas as it was the only gift I am giving my god daughter so she now has nothing!! Disgusting! And not even a reply from any staff. I will be taking this further

This was advertised as order and will get before xmas. Would not have bothered as now it say after xmas. A company that lies and does not return your emails. Not happy at all.

Ordered on 8th Dec but apparently still not even dispatched yet, despite the website still stating if I order now (11 days later) I can get the item on time for Christmas. Sending an automated response to emails and messages is the extent of the customer service, impossible to get anyone to answer the premium rate phone number.

To say I am disappointed is an understatement the quality of the bag is rubbish for the price I paid I have used you in the past and the previous time the quality was much better. I also picked the design I wanted which was a girl with ripped jeans and converce on with was my daughter to a tee to my disappointment you have only put half a body on the bag no converce in sight I also ordered the latte mug which has the full body on it. I have attached a copy of the bag which in my opinion I would not have paid £10 never mind £30 . I have tried phoning you but no answer if I am not satisfied with your reply I will be putting a review on your webpage. Very dissipointed customer I was so excited to receive this bag Unfortunately I am having to put this on your page due to the negative reply you sent me to the above email I will also be taking this to trading standards as your customer service is one of the worst I have experienced. Your customer service advisor David needs customer service training. I can assure claireabella I am not letting this go you were quick enough to take my money and post me rubbish.

I placed an order on Claireabella for a case for my wife's Xmas gift on the 5th of December. The site said was in production and estimated delivery 15th of December. The 15th came and went and there was still no delivery. I tried ringing the number the phone rang and rang and rang. There we no response from the company by email. The phone lines are only open 9am to 5pm bit for someone who works himself it is no good. I contacted the company only to be told by a random contact on messenger that the shipment was dispatched with Royal Mail but they had no tracking information. (I work for DHL there is always tracking information). I have gone on the website again and it now states eta 23rd December... 2 days before Christmas. I won't be using this company again and will urge everyone i can to stop using this company

I ordered 2 suitcases for my granddaughters for Christmas, 10 minutes after delivery., I sent an email to say both have marks on them with photos attached , and I didn't think this was suitable to give as a present. I heard back fairly quickly saying it would be passed on but nothing at all since . I also ordered a phone case on 8th December as a Christmas present and all I have is an order confirmation . Pretty bad considering it is an important time for gifts .

I have two outstanding orders with this company, one from 24th November and the other 10th December, I cannot get through via telephone and I get the same reply via email about my order being in production every time I email. Terrible service from this company, not even an apology. The first order was for my nieces birthday which was hugely disappointing and the second for Christmas, looks like this will also be ruined.

Don’t even want to give this a star. Ordered early November for a secret Santa, nearly Christmas and still not received. No order number issued, no tracking number nothing. People from customer service telling me it’s in the post when it’s clearly not as I’ve waited another two weeks since being told that. I’ve asked 3 times for a refund and haven’t been given one even though I haven’t received the item. They replied to my email calling me Alice and that is not even close to my name. Absolutely appalling service, scammers if you ask me, paid £15 for nothing.

Everything from ordering, to production, order tracking, and still waiting for order two weeks later. Ruined my Christmas for me and for the people I bought the gifts for. How can this be legal? The quickest part was taking my money. My advice ... read all these recent reviews and don’t buy from this company. Wish I hadn’t Lee Rowley ( manager ) how do you sleep at night?

Slow customer service. Also says on their policy if there is something you want to change in your order contact immediately, which I did and found out they couldn’t do anything about it?! Why give false information on your policy and then not do anything for the customer. Also a nightmare ordering from this website as it won’t return any goods and takes ages for delivery or for them to even contact you. I had many of my cousins and family who wanted to order from here but will be telling them not to bother!! First and last time ordering from here

Don’t buy from here. Waste of an Xmas present. Very disappointed with my mug! £18 and it’s covered in finger prints, green smudge I’ve managed to scratch off, inside has black ink that I can’t get off that’s rubbed off from where Invoice was shoved inside. The print is extremely faded just poor quality for the price I wouldn’t order from here again if I was paid.

Paid £130 for a glitter suitcase. Quality is terrible! It is a sheet that has been stuck under the shell of the case and it's got big white patches on it! DON'T ORDER FROM HERE!!!

I'm still waiting on an order that was placed on 22 November. It's now 15 December. No one from this company updates you on the situation. You have to keep calling them. I'm now trying to contact them again, after being promised a call today, but no one is answering the phone despite being during office hours.

Wouldn’t buy from here again ordered a secret Santa present item with plenty of time to arrive 2wks later I’m still waiting I’m know have to go buy something else, tried to cancel as they have not forfilled there end of the order and delivered it on time but told I can’t because it at the end stage of process let’s see if I even get it before Christmas

I have made an order on the 28th November and have not arrived yet 14/12/2017 but made another order on the 5/12/2017 that has arrive yestaday 14/12/2017. and these are presents for my grandchildren, sorry would not be ordering from this company againe, I phone no answer but they keep on sending the same email.....not good, but they good enough to take my money

Never again! Ordered my two items ages ago. Massive delay, still didn’t received my first purchased item even that was going to be delivered week ago then have been told will arrive with second item, still nothing. Where is my parcel? Cannot be trusted
