I wouldn't buy from them again, ordered a bag for a secret Santa item on the 3rd dec estimated date is the 13th December have tried to email and call to find out where my delivery is but no one is answering or replying been trying for 3 days now.

Order was taken and payment made. Tracking showed ‘in production’ 3 days later with estimated delivery 13th Over a week later the tracking is the same. Trying by phone and email constantly and 10 days later now told finally delivery another 4 days on top. Tracking however remains the same! Watch this space.. let’s see if I receive the order?..unacceptable

Ordered the bag in November only received today 7th December 2018. Product was very badly made. Stitching coming undone. Very bad quality and smells really bad of cigarettes. I have actually emailed the company asking was this really the official site. Not happy at all, as my daughters birthday is in 2 days and Iv already waited 6 weeks for a bag.

Ordered a pencil case for my daughters friend for Christmas, item received with broken zip, emailed and sent pictures of broken zip and explained I really needed a replacement within a few days was told this was not possible as they are busy due to it being Christmas. My daughter was in tears over this, was disgusted they had supplied faulty goods yet were not prepared to go out of there way to sort this, I won’t be ordering from them again.

Ordered 2 claireabella phone cases on 26th October 2017, still have not received them, they were for a gift for someone the event has now passed, after emailing numerous times I was ensured that new cases where sent out even on 1st class next day delivery. It is now 28th November and still have no phone cases. Unacceptable and not the best customer service. Very unreliable do not use this page.

Very poor customer service. Ordered passport cover sent to me twice with wrong hair colour. Waited over a month for third and still hasnt arrived. Contacted them numerous times and today was told it must be lost in post would you like a refund. Obviously no communication and after product been incorrect twice you would think they would put little effort into ensuring customer is happy third time round. Do not order from this company........

After looking at the details we have sent this order to you 3 times with the third, unfortunately, being lost in the post. The first 2 have had an incorrect hair colour, this was due to a technical fault which I personally worked through with our tech team and the unfortunate circumstance is, our delivery partner has lost the correct case in the post. As you requested we have now refunded you the full amount for this. The 2 incorrect covers you have kept I have decided we will not be asking you to return them, as the fault has been identified and we certainly do not want to inconvenience this unfortunate matter any further. avoid this company!!! ordered a gift for friend's wedding but the item didn't not arrive! very sad, waiting almost 4 weeks for nothing! no wedding gift! luckily i got my refund back.

Passport cover I ordered was of very poor quality I asked for a name to be printed on the front and the name wasn’t central very disappointed indeed bought for a birthday present and I was unable to give it due to it looking very cheaply done

Ordered jute bag and towel jute bag arrived no towel contacted you about issues 2 weeks ago told towel would be dispatched only no towel or email to confirm anything so not best pleased towe was for my wife to take on holiday

Initially we recieved a great response from the customer service team, but unfortunately production didn't follow instructions well. We asked if the 01 on the child's jersey & shorts on the sports outfit we chose for our daughters bag could be changed to a number 4 as this is her football number. We were told yes, but when the bag arrived, it was 01. Very disappointing really

"I ordered my item on 03.09.17 and I still haven't received it, 24 days later. Was going to by some xmas presents from you but am seriously thinking twice about it. I hope the item is worth waiting for." I have now received it and not impressed with the quality. It looks cheap. Will not be buying again.

Still waiting on my item it's been 2weeks seen I placed an order,i was told my item would be with me on the 7th of September it's now the 10th of September and no information on my item.

""I was meant to receive my suitcases on 6th September. I understand that it is an estimate so I called to see when they would be delivered. They haven't even been dispatched and it's the 8th. I called the customer service team and the lady said I would receive an email from her with my delivery date however I have still not received an email! The 2 cases cost nearly £300

Please be advised that the personalised suitcases take approximately 7 working days to produce, i am sorry if this had not been communicated to you clearly. Please be advised that your order has been dispatched today with courier DPD local and with this in mind you should be safely in receipt of your order on Monday. Ordered my item last week Sunday had a confirmation everything was fine, four days late I decided to check my email nothing on my parcel. So I decided to email the company to see what was going on with my order,got a reply straight away which was really nice got told my parcel was out for delivery.today I decided to track down my parcel to find out my parcel hasn't been out yet for delivery and it's going to take 2-3 working.

Still awaiting refund for damaged goods that had to be returned to T.F.!!! - This was several moths ago and despite contacting Cus services I have not received my refund for the faulty items!!! - NOT GOOD C.SERVICE AT ALL!!
