“Orders my daughter christmas present on the 5th of December, plenty of time you'd think especially since I have ordered stuff from all over and even one coming from the states had no trouble getting it to me in time, but then again they had good customer care and not hang up when you ring them, or just bombarded you with email telling you you can order and we garantee delivery before christmas knowing they cant! Last one being on the 22nd of December, REALLY!! I have never had dealings with a company who has so little regard for its customer base as do toxic fox/claireabella, one thing for sure i will not be doing so again. I just want my money back now.”

“I ordered a personalised cabin suitcase on 25th November and due for arrival on the 9th December. As I had no communication regarding images I tried calling on several occasions then resigned to email. They did eventually reply on the 10th December requesting images to which I sent. I had sent a few more emails asking for confirmation and requesting when I was likely to receive the case. On th 23rd of December I had received no further communication back so I contacted them again via email when they said they had not received my email containing images so could I send evidence that I had sent them, which I did. I explained it was for a disabled person and that it was important to have it by Christmas, to then be told that would not happen. Thanks to them my daughter does not have a Christmas present. Could not speak ro anyone in person dispite requests for them to call me as I couldn't get through ro them. Very poor customer service.”

“Purchased the personalised candle with glitter effect label, it isn't glitter effect just pink, it wasn't on straight and had a bubble, it also didn't come in a box. This was a Xmas gift for my sister I emailed my complaint and was asked to send photographs which I did, a week later I still haven't heard anything, totally disappointed with everything and I'm actually embarrassed to give it as a gift, so I have had to buy a replacement and I'm stuck with a glass jar with a sticky label on. Certainly won't be buying anything again.”

“If I could give no stars I would ! Ordered 1 phone case and 2 large beach towels at a cost of £94.00. When I received the order I had 3 phone cases ! Tried phoning however the company is having work done on the phone lines, have e mailed no response would not use again”

“I'm not convinced it's even worth 1 star but that's as low as it allows!!! This company is what you call a joke!!!!! I have emailed 3 times, left a face book message, which states it typically replies within minutes, not the case at all and phoned too. Even with all this, I still haven't received my goods which were placed on 28.11.16. I could go on and on and its not just the terrible service, it's the company in general. I'm beginning to wonder if they're even a legitimate company!!! I certainly will NEVER use this site again and will make sure all friends and family are told about this awful company. Thank you Toxic Fox for ruining part of my daughters christmas!!!! Absolute shame on you as a company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“ordered a makeup case and a phone case in oct the make up case came and still no phone case. Tried ring and the phone number doesnt work email a few time to ask for a refund with no reply as it was 24.99. really bad customer service.”

“The website when ordering more than one item is not very good as you cant see which item is which at the checkout. I ordered a bag and picked a cupcake accessory for the figure my pj's as this is so my daughter. when i got the email confirmation this was not on there, although it was on the order when i checked it. I emailed them within seconds of confirmation (and on a Sunday evening) and asked for this to be added. I was emailed Monday morning to say to late already in production. I tried called and was on hold for 10 minutes and then got cut off. I emailed them again to ask if there was nothing they could do as this was on my account as delivery in 10 days so i couldn't see how it was in production so long. nothing, emailed and called again with no reply! This would have been a great place to order gifts but i don't think i will be shopping with them again, the products are lovely and would given them 5* but the customer service is shocking!”

“First I would like to say 1 star is being generous! I placed an order for a makeup bag it arrived within the delivery time but the writing was wrong and the quality is terrible and not worth the money. I have have little email communication and now this has stopped. I have called 3 times been put on hold for 20 minutes at a time to then be cut off. I have asked for a refund twice but get no response. I would recommend not ordering from this company as you will be wasting your money! I am so disappointed with the product I am having to go and buy another gift as I am embarrassed to give this to my sister for Christmas!”

“Not even worthy of 1 star!! Orderd a phone cover on 5/11 and still waiting!! Company promised a replaced as the original got 'lost' in the post. Have yet to receive this replacement. Company now not replying to emails and you get nowhere when phoning!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY”

“Made an order for a child's school backpack, a drinks bottle and a pencil case on 14th Nov have just received the complete order. Never seen such a mega expensive load of rubbish in my life. It took them a week to answer my email to see where my order was and I was told it must have been lost in the post but have been sent at least 2 advertising emails everyday since the order was placed. Will definitely not use this company again.”

“i ordered a personalised bag for a friends birthday in November. Their website says "if you need a product quicker get in touch with our customer services to see if we can help" - they aren't interested and wont help. My first dispatch date has passed - in total ive had 3 different dates for the delivery date - the latest being after christmas - which is rubbish. They still advertise for orders with delivery before christmas - which clearly wont happen. i wont use this company again and i wouldnt recommend. I would have given them zero stars if there was an option.”

“Terrible customer service. You can have the best product in the world but if your attitude sucks you won't get far. Repeat custom and word of mouth is key. I ordered 2 £40 bags and did not get what I designed. What a waste of money. Would not recommend!!”

“Firstly, I ordered a personalised backpack for my little sister for her birthday on the 10th December. The bag on the 7th and it was all wrong. I ordered blonde hair with pig tails and I received brown hair and a pony tail, wrong colour eyes etc. I tried phoning and emailing and it took several attempts and I finally got through. I was sent a replacement, however I asked if I could amend my order by changing the eye colour to which I was told no after again them taking ages to get back to me. Thankfully, my order has came and it is right. I will not order from this company again as the communication is very poor as why would they send out an order without checking it?! It's clear they cannot handle the amount of orders. It's ashame because when it came it did look lovely.”

“Ordered a phone case for my 8 year as a Christmas present. Order placed 15th November so plenty of time. November 29th no case, so called spoke to a Daniel ROberts who said must have got lost in post? Assured me that he would have another produced and sent out Asap apologised etc, so I agreed. Today December 14th no phone case, having sent repeated emails , no response, tried calling, get through only to have the call cut off. Not looking for the phone case anymore, it's clear these people are fraudulent, just want my my 28.98 back, so that I can order from elsewhere with a slim hope of getting another for my daughter. I urge anyone looking to purchase from this company, not to!!! They are disgusting, no customer service at all, no product, and have had my money for over a month. Are they even legit? Its going through PayPal now, in the hope I can possibly get my money back. Do read reviews before purchasing, I didn't and have been completely scammed,, stay away from toxic fox”

“I ordered a personalised phone cover on the 19th November which said it would e delivered by the 5th December its now nearly 4 weeks since I ordered and no sign of the phone case I have emailed 4 times no reply and rung 10+ times only to be put on hold then cut off after 10 minutes I haven't actually spoke to a human being yet! This was a gift for my husbands birthday which has now passed I'm really disappointed as I paid £28.99 for this product I have emailed and asked for the product or a refund but no response I'm really upset about this as it was a first birthday present from our baby ???? Will not order again”

“Ordered a jute bag but here was no option with glasses on the one I ordered I emailed them to say I'd like glasses added to my order there was no glasses option when ordered as I wear glasses and I wanted he bag to have glasses on it too but they said I couldn't change my order as it was being processed i ordering it in the night and I emailed them that night and they responded the following day surely it doesn't take that long to soon a pair of glasses on to a bag !! I asked for a refund and they denied a refund won't be ordering form toxic fox again !! Very disappointed”

“I ordered a phone case for my daughter for Christmas on 3rd December, its now the 10th and I have received not a single email from them. I emailed them within the above dates to see if this was normal and no reply.I know its busy this time of year but other companies don't seem to have a problem with confirmation emails. Like others on here, wish I read reviews before ordering like I normally would on other sites.”

“We purchased a phone case at the cost of £24.99 for our daughters Christmas. When it came we were so disappointed with the quality of it. It was supposed to be sparkly as shown in the picture,however it looks very cheap and nasty and generic and by no means specific for the iPhone 5c. I would certainly not recommend this phone case..”
