“Ordered product, emailed after I had still not received the item, they're r response was item is delayed. No prior notice of delay. Ordered for an occasion, which will be of no use when it eventually Arrives. Return not allowed. Response from customer services they will be "feedback" poor!!!”

Dear Dawn Thank you for the review and I am very sorry that your bag will not be with you in time. As explained in the email all timescales quoted on our website are estimated dispatch dates and with our handpainted personalised items it is not unreasonable to wait an additional couple of days, especially when this is a new design exclusive for 2015. As the item is personalised we are unable to accept returns. This is because the bag has been produced bespoke and made to order it cannot be used again or resold. I am very sorry that you will not receive your order in time however I am sure that once you have received the bag and have seen the work that has gone into it you will want to use it on many more occasions.
